| The main front of rural revitalization is in the countryside.Rural cadres are on the front line,facing the masses directly,and are the party’s most frontline spokesperson.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that "great struggles and grand undertakings require high-quality cadres." To do a good job of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" and implement the strategy of rural revitalization requires high-quality rural cadres.The implementation of the party’s policies and the economic and social development of rural areas are inseparable from rural cadres.Rural cadres can be said to be the first person at the grassroots level to promote rural revitalization and the direct executor.There are a large number of rural cadres,which have both rural and administrative characteristics to a certain extent.They are the product of the joint effect of grassroots elections and higher-level appointments.The overall quality of rural cadres represents the image of the party and the country.Whether the team of rural cadres is good or not strong It is related to the development and stability of the countryside,and it is related to the implementation results of the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the analysis and demonstration of previous research results,this article mainly expands from the following aspects:First,combined with the reality of Town X,describe the current situation of rural cadres’ gender,age,education,source structure,work,thought,value,and living conditions,and found that the rural cadre team has structural defects,insufficient reserve forces,and inadequate comprehensive quality,The contradiction between power and responsibility is obvious,the selection mechanism is unreasonable,and the incentive guarantee is not perfect.Then,through literature,questionnaire surveys,case studies and other research methods,a large amount of first-hand information is used comprehensively to summarize the reasons for the problems of the rural cadre team as insufficient awareness of importance,irrational selection mechanism,lack of education and training,lack of construction systems,and self Six factors including lax requirements and insufficient job attractiveness.Finally,seven suggestions are given for the construction of the rural cadre team,including broadening the selection and employment channels,strengthening the reserve of reserve cadres,focusing on cadre training,stimulating endogenous motivation,strengthening supervision and management constraints,alleviating work pressure,and improving incentive mechanisms. |
