Research On The Construction Of Rural Practical Talent Team In Y Town, Gongzhuling City, Jilin Province

In recent years,the party and the government have placed talent work in an important strategic position,attached great importance to the development of all kinds of talent team construction,and fully implemented the talent power strategy,which has laid a good foundation for the improvement of China’s talent construction level.In 2018,the opinions on the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy jointly issued by the Party Central Committee and the State Council emphasized the importance of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and put forward higher requirements for the construction of rural talent team.Combined with the theoretical basis of human capital theory and humanistic management theory,taking y Town,Gongzhuling City,Jilin Province as an example,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method to analyze the problems existing in the construction of rural practical talent team,including imperfect management and support mechanism,insufficient investment in talent work funds,imperfect talent team service system,lack of systematicness of talent team management system,imperfect talent cultivation mechanism and fuzzy talent certification standard.The reasons for these problems are lack of understanding of the importance of talent team construction;Backward regional economic development and insufficient industrial integration development;The innovation and entrepreneurship platform is not perfect;The talent team management system is lack of systematicness;Backward public services and insufficient attraction to talents;Lack of talent development and cultivation.Based on the above problems,combined with the actual situation of Y Town,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions,including clarifying the goal of talent team construction,standardizing and scientific practical talent team construction concept,optimizing talent team management pattern,building a good rural practical talent development environment,and strengthening the training and introduction of practical talents.The paper expects to further explore the practical strategy of the construction of rural practical talents in China,comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality level of rural practical talents,and provide a stable talent guarantee for the development of rural economy.
