The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the "implementation of rural revitalization strategy" for the first time,and the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the "comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization",stressing the importance of the strategy,and clarifying that the strategy is the key to achieving rural social development,and also the direction of China’s social development in the new era.The key to development lies in talents,and the key to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy lies in rural cadres.Rural cadres struggle on the front line,directly contact with the masses face to face,is the link between the party and the masses,is the key element of the implementation of the strategy,and is also the backbone of promoting rural social development.The overall quality of rural cadres will directly affect the effective implementation of the strategy.Therefore,further strengthening the construction of rural cadres and improving their comprehensive quality and professional skills is the key to achieving high-quality development of rural strategies.In combination with the implementation background of the rural revitalization strategy,we should keep pace with the times and constantly improve the overall level of the rural cadre team,strengthen the construction of the rural cadre team to meet the needs of the development of the times,and train and transport talents for the realization of the rural revitalization strategy.Taking Chudun Town,Linyi City as an example,this paper analyzes the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the measures and results of the rural cadre team construction in Chudun Town,and then uses the questionnaire and interview methods to analyze the problems in the rural cadre team construction in Chudun Town,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the rural cadre team construction in the context of the rural revitalization strategy.At present,there are still some problems in the construction of the rural cadre team in Chudun Town,which are mainly manifested in the unreasonable structure of the rural cadre team,the low comprehensive quality of the rural cadre team,the unsatisfactory training effect of the village cadres,the weak awareness of law and discipline of some village cadres and the "fault" phenomenon of the reserve cadres.The reasons are that the selection and employment mechanism is not scientific,the education and training system is not perfect,the guarantee and incentive mechanism is not perfect,the supervision and management mechanism is not perfect,and the reserve cadres do not pay enough attention.In response to the above problems,it is necessary to explore countermeasures from such aspects as improving the mechanism for selecting and appointing village cadres,improving the education and training system for village cadres,optimizing the incentive mechanism for village cadres’ security,improving the assessment and supervision system for village cadres,and strengthening the training of reserve village cadres,so as to provide talent guarantee for the overall revitalization of the village.not enough.In view of the above problems,it is necessary to explore countermeasures from the aspects of improving the selection and appointment mechanism of village cadres,improving the education and training system of village cadres,perfecting the incentive mechanism of village cadres,completing the assessment and supervision system of village cadres and strengthening the training of reserve village cadres,so as to provide talent guarantee for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas. |
