| Digital economy is a new economic model of the general trend,with digital knowledge and information as the key factors of production,modern information network as an important carrier,and the effective use of communication technology as the key driving force for the improvement of efficiency and the optimization of economic structure.Digital economy accounts for an increasing proportion of the total economic volume in all regions of the world,and at the same time plays an increasingly strong role in pulling the economy as a whole.It has become a new track between countries and regions.In this context,the People’s Government of Shanxi Province has formulated policies to accelerate the development of digital economy,and issued 23 supporting policies.At present,special funds for the development of provincial digital economy in 2020 have been issued.The research object is the performance evaluation of the special fund for digital economy development in Shanxi province,and the performance evaluation index of the special fund for digital economy development is determined more comprehensively by using the theory of balanced scorecard.Using the analytic hierarchy process and adopting the opinions of many experts,the weight of the performance evaluation index of the special fund for the development of digital economy is determined.Finally,through the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method,the data processing of performance evaluation is completed and the results of performance evaluation are obtained.In the process of evaluation,it is found that the main body strength of performance evaluation is weak,the setting of evaluation indicators is not perfect,the combination of performance evaluation and digital economy characteristics is not strong,and the data support strength in the process of evaluation is not enough.Suggestions are put forward to realize the diversification of the main body of the performance evaluation of special funds,the diversification of the performance evaluation methods of special funds,the reasonable arrangement of the methods and progress of performance evaluation,the scientific setting of the performance evaluation index system,and the optimization of strengthening the data statistics of special financial funds. |
