| The success or failure of rural infrastructure construction is related to the future development of rural economy and the fundamental well-being of villagers.The satisfaction of villagers is the best standard to test the level of rural infrastructure construction.With the help of literature research,questionnaire survey and other methods,this paper interprets the concept of rural infrastructure,satisfaction and other related concepts,combined with the actual construction of rural infrastructure in qijiawu Township,analyzes the satisfaction of villagers.The results show that the overall satisfaction of rural infrastructure is not high,and the order of satisfaction from high to low is road facilities,medical facilities,cultural and educational facilities,water pipeline facilities,irrigation facilities,infrastructure maintenance,waste treatment facilities,among which the satisfaction of infrastructure maintenance and waste treatment facilities construction needs to be improved.This paper analyzes the reasons from six aspects: construction planning,system formulation,supervision and management,investment and construction,environment and sustainable development,and villagers’ participation.Meanwhile,it puts forward corresponding feasible suggestions based on the experience of domestic and foreign countries.First,from the perspective of the government,it is necessary to make a scientific construction plan,fully consider the function and mutual influence of infrastructure,improve the construction of rules and regulations and assessment system,and strengthen the construction.In the process of management and supervision,establish a long-term management and protection mechanism,maximize the financial strength of the government,guide the participation of social capital,form a pattern of Rural Revitalization with multiple capital investment,and speed up the transformation and upgrading of rural industrial structure;secondly,from the perspective of villagers,we should unblock the channels of villagers’ participation,establish an effective participation mechanism,improve village rules and regulations,and strengthen publicity and guidance.The purpose of this paper is to enrich the theoretical research content of rural infrastructure construction and satisfaction,and to provide some insights and ideas for relevant researchers and beginners. |
