Study On The Impact Of Villagers' Autonomy On Villagers' Satisfaction With Social Governance In Village Areas

With the social transformation,population mobility and the transfer of rural population to cities,urbanization has become an irreversible social trend.Urbanization is a process in which rural population transfers to cities,the number of cities increases,and urban civilization spreads to the countryside.Urbanization brings opportunities to the development of rural areas.Around the construction of new rural areas,innovative practices of social governance model emerge in an endless stream,resulting in the improvement of governance performance.At the same time,a large number of farmers go out,bringing new governance challenges.From the perspective of villager autonomy,this paper conducts a survey of 315 households in 4 provinces and 6 cities,so as to analyze the impact of autonomous factors and other social factors on village governance.This paper is divided into the following five parts: chapter one is the introduction.Starting from the background and significance of the proposed research,the purpose and significance of the topic selection were clarified,the research ideas and relevant research methods of this paper were proposed,and the possible innovation points and deficiencies of this paper were pointed out.The second chapter is the literature review and theoretical basis.On the basis of combing relevant studies on social governance in village areas,the paper concludes the impact of villagers' self-governance on their satisfaction with social governance in village areas.Combined with the theory of institutional change,citizen participation,self-organization and governance,this paper analyzes the impact of villagers' self-governance on villagers' satisfaction with social governance in the village.The third chapter is the development and exploration of autonomy.Analyze the development course of autonomy,summarize the effect of autonomy with questionnaire survey,and analyze the exploration and practice of autonomy.The fourth chapter is an empirical analysis of the impact of villagers' self-governance on villagers' satisfaction with social governance in village areas.Based on the description and statistical analysis of the basic situation of village-area social governance,the paper adopts the logit model to study the impact of villager autonomy on the satisfaction of villagers in village-area social governance.Chapter five is conclusion and suggestion.Based on theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the impact of villagers' self-governance on villagers' satisfaction with social governance in village areas,this paper draws the research conclusions and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve villagers' satisfaction with social governance in village areas.Based on a brief analysis of a series of theories,such as the theory of institutional change,the theory of civic participation,the theory of self-organization and the theory of governance,this paper explores and practices the development of the field of villager autonomy,obtains information through field survey and questionnaire survey,and adopts qualitative and quantitative analysis.Statistical description analysis and empirical analysis method of combining the study of social governance in the village of villagers' self-governance among villagers domain scold you,the influence of autonomy variables in democratic elections,democratic decision-making,democratic management and democratic supervision and four aspects of control variables including tribal,religious,and non-governmental organizations,use logit econometric model validation,the following conclusions: the villagers' participation,the supply of public goods,the village committee of economic help,know about finance and government affairs at the village,supervision of village affairs,the village chief and side by side to the village society,the clan of rural governance has a significant impact on performance.On this basis,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: improve the villagers' autonomy,weaken the negative impact of the clan,develop village's economy,build a new rural social governance system.
