Rural agricultural development has been an important issue in the development of our country’s economy and society.Since 2004,No.1 central document has been paying attention to the development of rural agriculture for 14 years.Agriculture has always been in the fundamental position in our national economy.With the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the Party Central Committee has made a major decision to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy,focusing on solving the problem of rural agricultural development,which fully reflects the Party Central Committee’s high attention to agricultural problems.At present,with the development of Internet information,China has become an Internet power,especially with the Internet information more and more applied to all aspects of society,the Internet is more and more important for us.In rural areas,the Internet has also begun to penetrate into various fields of rural society,and has become an important part of the development of agricultural modernization.Under the background of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy,promoting the integration of Internet informatization and rural agriculture,and exploring the construction of smart countryside has become an important way to realize the development of rural agricultural modernization.Based on the theoretical connotation of Rural Revitalization Strategy and smart countryside construction,this paper discusses the theoretical connotation and theoretical basis of Rural Revitalization Strategy and smart countryside construction through consulting books,materials and other literature,and seeks for the internal relationship between them,so as to put forward the main content and characteristics of smart countryside construction,and introduce the construction of smart countryside in detail Smart countryside is of great significance to rural social development.Based on the discussion on the development of smart countryside in western Shandong,Liaocheng,a representative city in western Shandong,is selected as the research object.Through the investigation and Research on the front line of some rural areas in Liaocheng,the current situation of rural basic conditions is found out in detail,and the current situation and existing difficulties of smart countryside construction in Liaocheng are deeply analyzed.It is pointed out that Liaocheng,as a major agricultural city in western Shandong,is in Canada While promoting the modernization of rural agriculture,efforts have been made to integrate Internet informatization with the synchronous development of rural agriculture,laying the foundation for the realization of informatization of rural agriculture.However,there are still some problems,such as weak infrastructure,shallow understanding,lack of talents and low enthusiasm of the government.Taking the problem as the guide,combining with the agricultural characteristics of Liaocheng county(city,district)in western Shandong,this paper discusses how to promote the construction of smart countryside in western Shandong from five aspects,such as improving infrastructure,making up for the shortage of rural talents,government policies driving development,and realizing the modernization of rural social governance.This paper studies the construction of smart countryside under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,which provides theoretical guidance for promoting the construction of smart countryside in western Shandong to a certain extent,helps to accelerate the construction practice of smart countryside in western Shandong,boosts the development process of rural agricultural modernization in western Shandong,provides some reference for realizing Rural Revitalization in western Shandong,and also provides reference for China Other places have explored a feasible path to carry out the construction of smart countryside. |
