| The construction of villages under the rule of law is not only a necessary link to realize the strategy of rural revitalization,but also an important foundation for promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.China is a traditional agricultural country with thousands of years of farming history,and on this basis,it has formed the ideology and lifestyle of rural residents in China.With the overall advancement of the construction of the rule of law village,some problems in the process of the construction of the rule of law village are gradually exposed.The main manifestations are: lack of talents for the construction of the rule of law;The main role of rural governance is not obvious enough,and the legal consciousness is not strong;The level of public legal services in rural areas is not high.In view of these problems,it is necessary to solve them from a global theoretical height,so as to better promote the construction of rural rule of law in practice and help the construction of a modern socialist country.On the basis of summarizing the existing research results and relying on the rural revitalization strategy,this paper explains the basic connotation and necessity of the construction of legal countryside,analyzes the current situation of the construction of legal countryside in our country,and puts forward targeted practical measures.This paper is divided into five chapters,the main research logic is as follows: In the introduction part,the research background and significance of this paper,the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the construction of legal villages,and put forward the research purpose and method,innovation points and shortcomings of this paper.The paper also combs the basic viewpoints of Chinese excellent traditional culture,Marxist classic writers and the Chinese Communist Party on the countryside,providing theoretical support for the development of the following content.At the same time,it makes an overview of the rule of law village,clarifies its basic connotation and concept definition,and further explains the necessity of the rule of law village construction.This paper discusses the present situation of the construction of the rule of law,which mainly includes two aspects: achievements and problems.In terms of results,with the increase of investment and support for rural construction,rural construction overall steady,healthy and orderly development,for example,the relevant rural legal systems and mechanisms continued to improve;The top-level design of rural rule of law construction is preliminarily constructed,and the road map is clearly defined.This is thanks to the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China and the support and cooperation of the people.In terms of problems,on the basis of careful analysis of relevant cases and experience results,the main problems in the process of rule of law construction are summarized.After an in-depth analysis of the problems described in this paper and other related issues,on this basis,the practical path of building a law-based village from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy is proposed,that is,adhere to the correct leadership direction,effectively improve the laws and mechanisms related to rural areas,constantly improve the level of rural public legal services,and carry out rural governance according to law.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy in the new era,the study of rural rule of law can not only enrich and develop the Party’s rural governance theory,but also promote the development and progress of rural economy and society,and play a positive role in the stability and harmony of the whole country. |
