Studies On Rural Democratic Governance From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

China nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party clearly put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,which is to further deepen and upgrade the new rural construction.The aim is to better meet the people's yearning for a better life in the new era,which is of great significance to promote the rural construction in the new era.On the one hand,the rural rejuvenation strategy,as a continuation of the new rural construction,is more conducive to meeting the farmers' pursuit of a better life and more conducive to the prosperity and stability of rural society.On the other hand,strengthening the implementation of the rural rejuvenation strategy is more conducive to realizing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,realizing national agricultural modernization,achieving national prosperity and national rejuvenation.Rural revitalization strategy is a systematic project,in which rural democratic governance has a very important status.The stability of rural society is the basis of the party's ruling in the country side.Rural democratic governance can provide reliable political resources for the implementation of rural rejuvenation strategy in terms of system,organization,culture and law.Rural democratic governance,through the cultivation and development of villagers' democratic awareness and participation in village management capacity,is a talent for the development of rural rural development with political reliability and rural working ability.The paper takes rural revitalization strategy as the vision field.Based on the relevant concepts and theories of rural democratic governance in the field of rural revitalization strategy,we visit Shahezi town,Shangluo city.Based on the analysis of the problems of rural democratic governance in the town,the general problems of rural democratic governance are summed up.On the basis of realizing the strategy of rural revitalization in the new era,this paper proposes countermeasures to solve the problem of rural democratic governance.At present,there are still many problems in rural democratic governance in the context of the implementation of the strategy of rural rejuvenation.First,The system mechanism is not perfect in the realization of rural democratic governance.Second,the relevant laws of rural democratic governance need to be improved.Third,the organization,system,culture and subject of rural democratic governance need to be improved and optimized.Fourth,the aging population and the village hollowness phenomenon are serious.Fifth,Rural economy lags behind in the urban-rural development.From what has been discussed above,firstly,It is necessary to promote the improvement of rural democratic governance by strengthening the construction of party organizations.Secondly,the construction of a rural democratic governance system should be promoted.Thirdly,The optimization of rural democratic governance system promotes the organization and individual ability of rural democratic governance.Fourthly,We will continue to improve relevant laws and promote the functioning of rural democratic governance.Fifthly,we should foster a good culture of rural democratic governance.At last,in order to implement the requirements of the implementation of the strategy of rural rejuvenation,we should explore the mode of economic development of urban and rural areas and provide a strong economic foundation for rural democratic governance.
