Study On The Protection Of Tourism Consumers’ Rights And Interests In China

In recent years,tourism has become an important part of Chinese people’s life.Chinese people have become an important group in the world tourism market and an important force to drive tourism in many countries around the world.China’s tourism industry has become one of the important industries.As a special group of consumers,the protection of tourism consumers’ rights and interests has become a practical problem that cannot be ignored.This paper discusses the protection of tourism consumers’ rights and interests in order to promote the development of tourism in China.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part is an overview of the protection of the rights and interests of tourism consumers,expounds the relevant concepts of the rights and interests of tourism consumers,and the main contents of the rights and interests of tourism consumers,analyzes the value basis of strengthening the protection of the rights and interests of tourism consumers,so as to provide theoretical support for the protection of the rights and interests of tourism consumers.The second part is about the system of protecting the rights and interests of China’s tourism consumers.It introduces the laws,regulations,local regulations and judicial interpretations of protecting the rights and interests of China’s tourism consumers,analyzes the problems existing in the system of protecting the rights and interests of China’s tourism consumers,and analyzes the causes of these problems,so as to guide the direction of solving these problems.The third part is about the protection system of foreign tourism consumers’ rights and interests.It mainly introduces the tourism legislation of common law system,civil law system and other tourism developed countries,summarizes the advanced experience of foreign tourism consumers’ rights and interests protection legislation,and explores the methods that China can learn from the advanced legislation experience of these countries.The fourth part emphasizes the necessity of strengthening the protection of the rights and interests of tourism consumers.According to the current situation of the protection of the rights and interests of China’s tourism consumers and the advanced experience of foreign countries,it puts forward some suggestions on improving the protection of the rights and interests of China’s tourism consumers.
