Look At The Protection Of Tourism Consumers' Rights And Interests From The "Qingdao High Price Prawn Incident"

"Qingdao astronomical prawn event" exposed improper performance of the government,illegal operation of the tourism operators,the tourism consumer's interests is severely damaged.To fundamentally eliminate the "Qingdao astronomical prawns" such incidents occur,do a good job of tourism consumer rights protection is to co-ordinate the interests of stakeholders.Therefore,this paper introduces the stakeholder theory,by investigating the interests of stakeholders in the "Qingdao Prawn Prawn Event",the paper analyzes the conflicts of stakeholder's interests,explores the causes of the conflict of the stakeholders,and seeks the contradictory methods to prevent such incidents occur and protect tourism consumer rights.First,constantly improve the "People's Republic of China Tourism Law";the second is to participate,that is,the performance of the tourism authorities to improve the level of governance according to law,tourism operators in accordance with the law to optimize the operation of services,tourism consumers to enhance the quality and local residents to participate in the construction.
