The pension problem has always been an important social problem in China.Traditional social work for the elderly is mainly to meet the material needs of the elderly and basically adopts a single offline service.Through questionnaire survey and interview,this study found that the home care needs of the elderly in the post-epidemic period were mainly medical care and spiritual needs,and the demand for social work service increased the demand for online services.There is a gap between the traditional model and the post-epidemic period of home care demand.During the epidemic,home-based online social work services for the elderly welcomed numerous development opportunities.Y project is the outbreak period home endowment service online social work intervention practice project,the researchers into the Y project service for old part through interview method and observation method analysis service content,nterviews with project social worker,Y project service for the old project has some deficiencies,social workers online service experience is insufficient,online bridging is poor,The response of elderly service recipients was low.Therefore,based on this practice project,the mode of social work intervention in home care for the post-epidemic period was explored,and the mode of social work intervention in home care for the post-epidemic period was constructed.The social work service was supported and promoted by multiple subjects,double-line services were provided in parallel,and intelligent devices were used to assist the participants.The model is proposed to promote the development of social work for the elderly,improve the daily life of the elderly at home in the post-epidemic period,promote the progress of network social work,and lay a foundation for the intervention of social work in public health emergencies.
