Social Work Intervenes In The Service Of Rural Home For The Aged Practical Research

With the increasingly prominent problem of population aging in China,the pension problem has also become a serious social problem.How to solve this problem effectively is particularly important for China’s future economic construction and social development.China influenced by traditional culture,especially in rural areas,the vast majority of the elderly in nursing home,how community-based,both inside and outside the integration of community service resources,get rid of disadvantages of institutional pension and family pension,the formation of professional services and non professional services combined,has become a strategic choice of rural aging establishment rural home-based care services system in the new situation.From the experience of western countries and parts of China’s rural old-age home success,community home care endowment pattern as a kind of low cost,high social benefits,not only can effectively solve the current pension problems,but also can promote the healthy development of social construction.The exploration of the rural pension problem and the development trend of the rural home care service is becoming the hot spot of social concern.As a social worker,we can combine the work of the community and the relevant knowledge of the old social work on the basis of practice and explore the development of the rural home care service.There are certain opinions on the development of home care services.Taking the Z community in Guangdong Province as an example,the author,through the method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,investigates the needs of the elderly in the Z community,social support,spiritual comfort,and the current status of home care for the elderly,and analyzes the problems and causes of the present rural elderly in the old age.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,to find the feasibility and necessity of social work intervention in rural home care service,aiming at promoting the improvement of the quality of life and the service level of the elderly.At the same time,according to the different needs of the elderly,the choice of different social work methods,the owner of the intervention,and the intervention from the method,effect,process and other aspects of evaluation,find the advantages and disadvantages of the service process.Finally,from the perspective of social work profession,this paper summarizes and reflects on the advantages and disadvantages of social work intervention in rural home care for the aged.
