Unfair competition in the Internet information service industry has become an important issue in the governance of my country’s Internet information service industry.Problems of unfair competition are emerging one after another, which directly harms the vital interests of the public and restricts the healthy development of the Internet information service market. In response to this, the government departments, from the perspective of supervision, unite all parties to jointly promote the work of governance of unfair competition in the Internet information service industry. However,in terms of practical effects, the existence of insufficient administrative supervision, low public enthusiasm, weak media control, and the maximization of corporate interests have created a large gap between ideals and reality. Therefore, how to strengthen the effect of unfair competition supervision in the Internet information service industry and improve the efficiency of industry governance has become a major problem that needs to be solved urgently by the government supervision department and the Internet information service market in my country. This article intends to start with the current situation of unfair competition supervision and the relationship between multiple entities that have an impact on the effectiveness of supervision, and consider government supervision from the following two aspects: First, when the government directly supervises Internet information service companies, how the government should promote cooperation and competition among enterprises Avoid unfair competition behavior;second,in the process of government supervision of Internet information service enterprises’ unfair competition behavior, how should the government guide the media to participate in the auxiliary supervision of Internet information service enterprises, thereby improving the efficiency of industry governance. The introduction of the evolutionary game method has expanded new ideas for the study of unfair competition in Internet information services. Therefore, the main research content of this article is as follows: 1.Based on the research background and research significance, conduct a literature review of unfair competition supervision and analyze the existing problems in supervision. And the interrelationship of multiple subjects;2.Construct a game model between the government,Internet information service companies1,and Internet information service companies 2 with the help of tripartite game theory, and analyze the impact of government and corporate decision-making parameters on governance effects from the perspective of direct supervision by government departments Impact;3.Build a theoretical model between the government, the public, and the media with the aid of a tripartite dynamic game, and use quantitative analysis to study how public media and other entities can assist government departments to improve the governance effect of the industry;4.Use MATLAB numerical simulation to analyze the subject’s strategy over time The changing trend of evolution and the degree of influence of different parameter changes on the main strategy choice;5.Based on model analysis and numerical analysis,it proposes targeted measures from the two levels of government departments’ restraint and guidance on enterprises, and government’s incentives and supervision of public media.Governance countermeasures, linking government supervision departments and all parties that affect the effects of industry competition governance, and building a holistic Internet information service industry market competition supervision system. The research conclusions have good theoretical and practical guiding significance for effectively improving the governance efficiency of the Internet information service industry and promoting the healthy development of the industry.
