Research On The Evolutionary Game Of Government Incentive Behavior In The Development Of Modernization Of Construction Industry

Construction industry affects the national economy as a pillar industry,but still exists some problems,such as the high consumption,heavy pollution,low labor efficiency and the weak technological innovation.In order to conform the requirements of green,environmental protection,energy conservation and sustainable development,the traditional construction should be transformed and upgraded.The development trend of the construction industry is aimed to achieve the modernization of the construction industry.But,the unnecessary economical impact and the increasing cost are produced in the implemented process of the modernization of the construction industry,which make the lack of enthusiasm and promoted motivation for the constructors and consumers.In this situation,the government's incentives can be greet significance about the impetus of development.However,China has not formed a relatively complete incentive policy system,the government incentive behavior plays an important role in the construction industry modernization.Therefore,this thesis analyzes the influence about the evolution path of various factors of government incentive behavior through evolutionary game method.Firstly,this thesis analyzes these theories about the modernization of construction industry,government incentive behavior and evolutionary game,it defines the concept and connotation of the modernization of the construction industry,compares evolutionary game to traditional game theory,and chooses the theory of expectation as the theoretical based on the combining behavioral incentive theory with evolutionary game theory.Secondly,The restrictive factors are pointed out through analyzing the current situation development of modernization of construction industry in the past five years.And the influences are analyzed about the government incentive behavior on the modernization of construction industry through analyzing the current situation of the government incentive policy and identifying the government incentive behaviors.Finally,on the basis of these researches and analyses,the participants of the evolutionary game have been analyzed,the evolutionary game income matrix are constructed according to the evolutionary game analysis tool.The stability strategy are analyzed about the income matrix and the Jacobian matrix stability are analyzed for each equilibrium point.The analysis results are obtained,and then the simulation analysis are carried out,the accuracy of the results are verified.The specific countermeasures and suggestions are put forward with government and construction companies,government and consumer perspectives.So the government improves the implemented strategy in the process of evolution continuously,and finally,the equilibrium state is reached in the premise of satisfying the incentive target.
