With the continuous improvement of my country’s college student funding policy,the focus of my country’s student funding work has gradually shifted from guarantee funding to development funding.The most important thing in developing the moral education of universities is to make it play a positive role and increase its effectiveness.This article mainly uses the literature research method and the questionnaire to analyze the connotation of the development-oriented funding moral education function,and divide its moral education function.On the basis of the former research,this article aims to find out the solution by analyzing the questionnaire,and then exploring the existing problem.This article can be divided into five parts.The first part mainly describes the source,background,purpose and the significance of the research itself.To summarize the current situation of the research both at home and abroad so analyse the deficiencies in it and lead to a new logical beginning.The second part is mainly to define the related concepts of the moral education function of college students’ developmental aid.It also discusses the theoretical basis of the function of college students’ development-based financial aid for moral education,including the theory of all-round development of people,the idea of "three-dimensional education" and the concept of "people-oriented".The third part is the design of the questionnaire and basic situation investigation.Use spss23.0 to analyze this questionnaire.By analyzing the goals and principles of developmental funding and moral education functions,explores and analyzes the internal connection between them.The fourth part is through the specific analysis of the questionnaire,mainly from the three dimensions of the school level,the implementer of the development funding,and the recipients of funding,to explore the problems existing in the process of the function of college students’ development funding for moral education.The fifth part is based on the previous research,from three aspects: strengthening the construction of the university development funding system,strengthening the construction of the university development funding team,broadening the education channels of the recipients,and improving the tracking feedback mechanism,and proposes to improve the development of university students.Through research,on the one hand,we can explore rich moral education resources from the implementation of developmental funding for college students,and make the development of developmental funding more valuable.On the other hand,suggestions are made to improve the function of development-based funding for moral education.To enable students to recognize the superiority of the socialist system,and to enable people to recognize the positive impact of the moral education function of college student development funding on students Practice value.
