Abstract/Summary:
This year,the general office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council issued the opinions on further reducing the homework burden and after-school training burden of students in the stage of compulsory education(hereinafter referred to as the "double reduction" policy).Every place in China is vigorously promoting the implementation of the "double reduction" policy to deal with the flexible management system of students after school during the period of compulsory education.From the perspective of parents’ concerns and ensuring equality in the period of compulsory education,the implementation of this policy can play a very important role.However,when it is really implemented,there are many problems.Give full play to the educational role of this policy,adjust the relevant interests of each subject,and sort out the relationship between each element,It is a key measure to ensure the smooth implementation of the policy.This paper is mainly to improve the internal meaning of the flexible after-school management system for primary and secondary school students and improve its implementation.Therefore,10 public primary and secondary schools in s city are selected as the research object,analyzed by means of interview,literature and questionnaire,and investigated the promotion of the system by these schools,In order to reflect the problems encountered in the early implementation of the system and the factors that play a role,and point out some measures for the improvement of the system.This paper includes five aspects: the first is the introduction,which specifically expounds the research purpose and value,summarizes the situation all over the world,discusses the specific framework,content and structure,and points out the innovation.Secondly,it discusses the definitions of flexible school leaving system and after-school trusteeship,and specifically discusses the theoretical sources.Thirdly,conduct research on 10 public primary and secondary schools in the period of compulsory education selected by s City,grasp the needs and recognition of students and parents on flexible after-school management,the teachers’ cognition,understanding and actual implementation process of the system,explore the current implementation of the system,and according to the materials obtained from interviews and research,In view of the lack of teacher resources,the slow progress of school implementation and the similarity of specific contents,this paper makes an in-depth analysis.Finally,in the face of the current situation,determine the educational significance of flexible school leaving,construct a complete implementation mechanism,recombine social and family resources,enhance the construction of teacher resources,and point out specific treatment measures for the diversified implementation of activities.
