| Discipline inspection and supervision agencies dispatched to play an important role in my country’s disciplinary inspection and supervision system.After the comprehensive deployment reform and the reform of the national supervision system,the number of personnel assigned to discipline inspection and supervision agencies has increased greatly,their responsibilities have been more detailed,and their roles and status have become more prominent.However,the expansion of personnel and the expansion of institutions do not necessarily enhance the performance of the agencies.What is the performance effect of the discipline inspection and supervision agencies dispatched in the new era?What are the shortcomings in performing duties?This article adopts literature research method and interview method.Using the indicators of the “four forms” of the discipline inspection and supervision team dispatched by the Quanzhou Discipline Inspection Commission for 2018-2020,the number of cases filed,daily supervision and management,etc.,the current deficiencies in the performance of the duties of the discipline inspection and supervision team dispatched by Quanzhou were investigated.This study found that the existing shortcomings are mainly reflected in the detection of fewer problems,inadequate supervision,and the inability of cadre team building to fully adapt to the work.From the perspective of organization theory,it is found that the influence of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision is playing a decisive role,and the dispatched discipline inspection and supervision agency and the stationed department are not simply supervised and supervised.The latter also has a negative influence on the former;In the discipline inspection and supervision agency,the ability and authority of the team leader(executive deputy team leader)play a decisive role in the development direction of the organization,and the team members(seconded personnel)play an important role in the implementation and implementation of policies.After analyzing the various influencing factors,this article puts forward the countermeasures to improve the performance of the dispatched discipline inspection and supervision agencies,from improving the management of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision,giving full play to the role of the main body of the department,enhancing the ability and authority of the leaders of the dispatching department,and forging a loyal and combative team.How to make up for these shortcomings?These issues deserve further study.The innovations of this article are as follows:it is a relatively new perspective to analyze the dispatched discipline inspection and supervision agencies from the perspective of the institutionalized organization of Selznik,and there is no such document in the CNKI temporarily.The research in this article has enriched the research on the performance of the dispatched discipline inspection and supervision agencies,and at the same time,from the perspective of organizational theory,it provides new enlightenment for improving the performance of the dispatched discipline inspection and supervision agencies. |
