| If the nation wants to revive,the countryside will revitalize.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,remarkable results have been achieved in poverty alleviation,which has made an extremely important contribution to promoting the cause of poverty reduction around the world.The report of the 19 th National Congress which once again stressed the need to always solve "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" as an important work of the whole party,we should continue to select the first secretary and Task Force stationed in the village.The cadre village work system is an important system and mechanism of rural governance in China.It has played an extremely important role in the decisive battle against poverty and made great achievements.The selection and dispatch of the village work team,as a major decision and deployment of the Party Central Committee to strengthen the poverty alleviation work,will also continue to play a role in promoting the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.In order to achieve the objectives and tasks of rural revitalization,the key depends on people.Among them,the village working team and village cadres are a crucial factor.We should find ways to ensure that the village working team really pays attention to practical work and assistance in the village,ensure that the results of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation are effectively connected with the revitalization of the countryside,and the stubborn progress is pushed forward.Based on the above reasons,taking the village based task force as the research subject,this thesis makes an in-depth research and Analysis on the current situation of the construction of the village based task force in Suzhou,a major agricultural city in Northern Anhui,by means of literature review,questionnaire survey,in-depth investigation and on-site interview.It is found that although the village based task force in Suzhou has taken extraordinary measures and good results,but there are also have some problems that can not be ignored,such as insufficient ideological understanding of some village cadres,unsuitable rural environment,difficult integration of village work,unbalanced development at the village level and so on.In view of the prominent problems found,deeply analyze the root causes of the problems,closely combined with the actual situation of the market,optimize the resource allocation mechanism and expand the rural collective economy;Strengthen the education and guidance of cadres and improve their ability to perform their duties in villages;Optimize the incentive and guarantee mechanism and stimulate the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of officers;This thesis puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions in terms of compacting the work responsibilities of all parties and creating a good internal and external environment,which makes up for the deficiency that the effectiveness improvement of the village team mainly stays at the practical level under the background of Rural Revitalization. |
