Study On The Community Support Of The Cadres Stationed In Villages In ZF Village Of Ninglang County

The system of cadres stationed in villages has been developing for a long time in China.For the call of the political party and government,the cadres stationed in villages play an important role in the rural grass-roots governance in each period.Since the implementation of our country's targeted Poverty Alleviation Policies,the function of cadres stationed in villages has further changed to the basic poverty governance.At present,China's rural poverty alleviation in rural areas has entered the final stage.As the subordinates in the bureaucracy units,the cadres stationed in villages are facing various problems such as community integration and grass-roots relationship handling after entering the supporting villages.Their community support status is related to the overall effectiveness of poverty alleviation.Therefore,to study their community support and its influencing factors,and put forward some corresponding improvement suggestions,not only have great significance to promote the current work of assistance in the village,but also have great significance to promote the improvement of the system of cadres in the village and the poverty governance at the grass-roots level?The purpose of this paper is to take ZF village in Ninglang County as an example,from the main body of the community support of the cadres stationed in villages,Respectively from the three aspects of the village cadres,villagers,grass-roots government to explore the current situation of the community support of the cadres stationed in villages : in the aspect of the support of the village cadres,this paper contact the role of the village cadres in the work to discuss,analyzes the current situation of the community support of the village cadres to the cadres stationed in villages,discusses the influencing factors and gives the corresponding suggestions.In the aspect of villagers' support,this paper around the role characteristics of villagers in the work,the current situation of villagers' support for the work of cadres stationed in villages and its influencing factors to discuss,and gives corresponding improvement suggestions;in the aspect of grass-roots government support,this paper around the current situation of the government'ssupport for the cadres stationed in villages and some problems in it to analyzes,and gives some suggestions.Finally,the paper systematically Cards the interaction among village cadres,villagers and grass-roots government in the community support of the cadres stationed in villages,in order to help a more comprehensive understanding of the community support of the cadres stationed in villages.
