| As Chinese society enters a new era,grass-roots governance has become an important topic of social development.In the grass-roots social governance system,the courts play a legal guarantee role in participating in social governance.The people’s court is the dispatched judicial organ of the basic-level court,and is an integral part of the basic-level people’s court.In the practice of grass-roots social governance,the people’s courts undertake derivative judicial governance functions such as serving rural revitalization,promoting grassroots social governance,and meeting the people’s needs for high-quality life.Strengthening the construction of people’s courts in the new era has special significance in the times.At present,there are still objective problems in the operation practice of the people’s courts,such as insufficient team building,insufficient scientific spatial distribution,and insufficient litigation source governance.In the process of building a people’s court,we should focus on the existing problems,prescribe the right medicine,constantly and accurately determine the role of the people’s court,innovate working methods and construction models,strengthen the governance of the source of complaints,and insist on putting the non-litigation in the front.Only in this way can we better implement the new development concepts,improve the governance level and governance ability of grass-roots society as a whole. |
