The thought of Marx’s all-round development is the historical height of Marx and Engels standing on criticizing and Sublation of the capitalist system,fully absorbing and drawing lessons from the essence of the forefathers’ thoughts,and on this basis,deeply reflecting on the important ideological results of "how to get all-round development" in the future society.As one of the important contents of Marxist theory,the thought of people’s all-round development has extremely rich connotation and extension,which is particularly closely related to China’s current educational reform and development.The “Xunzi Roughly” once said,"When a country is about to prosper,it will value its teachers and attach importance to rules;If you value teachers and attach importance to rules,the Dharma will exist." Since the founding of new China,after more than 70 years of development,China’s education has made great achievements in all aspects,but it is also facing many practical contradictions.In the new era,the party and the state have set new goals and put forward new requirements for the development of China’s education according to the new situation and the requirements of the times.On the basis of combing the theoretical origin and development process of Marx’s thought of people’s all-round development,this paper expounds its scientific connotation and basic requirements,and tries to make a multi-level analysis of the current situation of China’s educational development based on this thought,so as to provide some new ideas for solving the contradictions and problems existing in China’s educational reform and development.Based on the comprehensive study of the literature on Marxist thought of man’s all-round development at home and abroad and the investigation and analysis of the current situation of China’s educational development,this paper believes that the main problems existing in China’s educational reform are: the utilitarian educational concept is difficult to meet the needs of students’ all-round development;The examination oriented educational practice leads to the slow progress of quality education;The modularization of educational content leads to the weakening of students’ learning motivation;The simplification of educational forms leads to the decline of students’ interest in learning.After careful investigation and analysis,combined with the current situation of domestic education development,this paper puts forward practical countermeasures to solve the above problems.From the theoretical level,we must strengthen the research,publicity and education of people’s all-round development thought,and give full play to the guiding role of people’s all-round development thought in educational reform and development.Specifically,it includes a correct understanding of the universal value and practical significance of Marxist people’s all-round development thought;Grasp the dialectical relationship between educational development and human development;Take people’s all-round development as an important measure to test the effectiveness of education.From the practical level,it is necessary to promote the coordinated development of various elements of Education under the guidance of people’s all-round development thought and based on the requirements of the times.First,consolidate and strengthen the guiding role of people’s all-round development thought in the reform and development of education;Second,promote the formation of correct educational ideas and improve the educational value and function of education;Third,enrich and develop educational content and enhance students’ learning motivation;Fourth,choose educational forms and methods in line with the times to enhance students’ interest in learning;Fifth,reform the education evaluation system and establish a perfect evaluation mechanism;Sixth,promote the construction of teachers and provide team support for educational reform and talent training.
