Research On The Evolution Mechanism Of Copyright Protection Behavior On Q＆A Platform ——Take Zhihu As An Example

The deep integration of digital technology and network platforms has created convenient conditions for content sharing and information dissemination by user.As an important question and answer（Q＆A）platform for users’ social interaction,Zhihu has greatly enriched people’s spiritual and cultural life.The anonymity of its dissemination subject and the extensiveness of its dissemination influence make the problem of network infringement increasingly serious,which not only affects the profits of the Q＆A platform,but also causes great harm to the workers of knowledge services.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on improving the data security governance system of the Internet Q＆A platform,and explore the formulation of laws and regulations on the data security of the Internet Q＆A platform and an effective intellectual property protection system,so as to promote the healthy development of the digital content of the Internet Q＆A platform.This paper takes the Q＆A platform as the research object to explore the copyright protection of the Q＆A platform.Based on the comprehensive review of domestic and foreign scholars’ research achievements on Q＆A platforms and digital resource copyright protection,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of Q＆A platform copyright protection and the evolution mechanism of copyright protection by using literature analysis method,grounded theory and simulation method.The main contents are as follows:First,based on the stakeholder theory,the Python crawler technology is used to capture the comments of typical copyright infringement cases on the Q＆A platform published by the Zhihu Copyright from the Zhihu Q＆A platform,and the grounded theory method is used to encode the captured user comments.Through three steps of open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,the model of influencing factors of copyright protection of Q＆A platform is constructed,and obtained the key factors,driving factors and guarantee factors affecting the copyright protection of Q＆A platform.Among them,the balance of interests is the key factor affecting the copyright protection of Q＆A platform;copyright management is the driving factor affecting the copyright protection of Q＆A platform;environmental constraint is the guarantee factor affecting the copyright protection of Q＆A platform.Secondly,combined with principal-agent theory and evolutionary game theory,numerical simulation analysis is carried out on the key factors affecting the copyright protection of Q＆A platform by using the simulation method.Explore key factors and the impact of government administrative regulation on Q＆A copyright protection.The results show that costs and benefits have a dynamic impact on the behavior choices of Q＆A platforms and infringers,and Q＆A platforms and infringers will adjust their behavior strategies based on costs and benefits.When the government department strengthens the administrative supervision of the copyright of the Q＆A platform,the Q＆A platform will focus more on copyright protection,and the infringer will also choose the "non-infringement" behavior strategy.Finally,based on the theoretical system and simulation results of the influencing factors of copyright protection of the Q＆A platform,the copyright protection strategy is proposed from three perspectives of the government,the Q＆A platform and the user.In copyright protection,the government should improve the network supervision system,enhance the legal awareness of the public,and improve relevant laws and regulations;the platform should set up a copyright management team,improve the platform operation mechanism and establish a cross-platform right protection cooperation mechanism;users should abide by the platform copyright agreement,abide by Fair Use Doctrine and relevant laws and regulations.At the theoretical level,based on evolutionary game theory,stakeholder theory and principal-agent theory,this paper promotes the construction of the theoretical system of influencing factors of copyright protection behavior of Q＆A platform,and provides the method and theoretical basis for Q＆A platform copyright protection.At the practical level,this paper provides a new perspective for the copyright protection of the Q＆A platform,and also provides an empirical analysis for the copyright protection of Q＆A platform.
