Research On The Comprehensive Governance In Public Sentiment Of Local Government ——Take The Network Hot Events Of Henan Province From 2019 To 2021 As An Example

At present,China has stepped into the reforming assault period,with deepen stage,and the social contradictions highlighted continuously,and the problems that need to be resolved are extremely complex accordingly.Under the background of media integration,caused by the unbalanced and inadequate development of economy and society,the online public opinion field is extremely complex,and the characteristics is obviously more prominent as the shortened fermentation cycle of online public opinion,and the high accelerated hotspot generation.Especially,the offline issues are gathered,intertwined,diffused,amplified,and fermented online,forming online public opinion,and in turn induces,instigates,and intensifies offline problems,and some common problems may evolve into hot spot problems accordingly.However,the modernization ability of local governance as sentiment control and dispose has a greatly improved space.The flatted,high-frequency and complexed medium communication have brought enormous pressure and challenges to the local government’s public governance work.Therefore,analyzing the issues related to the comprehensive governance of local government network public opinion has a great significance for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of masses,and enhancing the credibility of the local government,constructing the modernization ability of public governance.This article takes the network hot events occurred in Henan Province from 2019 to2021 as the research object,and uses the case analysis method,literature research method and other research methods to analyze the comprehensive management of local government network public opinion.The results can be concluded as follows: The comprehensive public sentiment governance of local government have problems as the local government leaders lack public opinion literacy and resist to public opinion supervision,and the relevant mechanism for comprehensive management of online public opinion is not perfect.And There are still shortcomings in the response to online public opinion events,and inter-departmental collaboration is insufficient.And the reasons above can be explained as the rapid technological iteration makes the network environment increasingly complex,the outdated ideas and concepts is conducive to the inefficient handling of public opinions,the insufficient management authority is conducive to limit the public opinion management and control capabilities,and the lack of benign interaction is conducive to weak the public opinion guidance capabilities.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the literacy of leading cadres in online public opinion,promote the construction of a comprehensive management mechanism for online public opinion,work hardly on the information release,and strengthen control and guide the trend of leading public opinion,to improve the ability of local governmentsto comprehensivelymanage online public opinion.
