Research On Local Government Network Public Opinion Governance From The Perspective Of Social

The Internet era has profoundly changed the way of economic development and social life in China.The Internet has become one of the most important platforms for information exchange,public opinion dissemination,and emotional disclosure.It has broadened the channels and scope for obtaining information,and the carrier of information transmission has diversified.Information dissemination is more convenient,efficient,and open,further accelerating the scope and speed of information dissemination.But with it is the increasing number of online public opinion events in China.The connotation of online public opinion has not only reflected the public's attention to the public opinion events themselves,but also the public's emotional response to the social phenomena inherent in the case.Investigate the role mechanism of public social sentiment in the spread of online public opinion,supervision of public opinion,and formation of public opinion orientation,and effectively guide and manage public opinion on Internet public opinion events in combination with public social sentiment,and achieve government credibility and government image Effectivemaintenance is of vital research significance.Based on theories such as life cycle theory,emotional infection theory,agenda setting theory,and public crisis management theory,this article takes “Taifu Middle School Event” in Lu county as an example,the empirical research method used is based on the combination of content and case analysis,and organizes event public opinion through analysis.The most concentrated7-day Weibo sample sorts out the context of events and key nodes,analyzes the influence and role of social emotions in the development and evolution of online public opinion,and thinks about government online public opinion governance based on the social emotional perspective.The study found that in the process of governance of Internet public opinion events in China,the influence and role of public social emotions in Internet public opinion have been ignored,which has made it difficult for official responses to resolve negative social emotions.At the same time,there is weak Internet awareness,insufficient control of the right to speak,and Internet public opinion Problems such as inadequate governance mechanisms have made Internet public opinion prone to public opinion explosions and even mass incidents,which seriously affects the harmonious and stable development of society and damages governmentcredibility and government image.Faced with the above problems,this study believes that the Chinese government should change the traditional traditional method of public opinion governance,update the concept of online public opinion governance,comprehensively improve the ability of online public opinion governance from multiple angles,and attach importance to the role and influence of public social emotions in online public opinion.Channel public negative social sentiment to improve the efficiency of government's governance of online public opinion,improve the media literacy and ability of government workers,and create a harmonious,stable and civilized online public opinion environment,thereby improving China's ability to manage online public opinion.
