| Trace evidence is one of the important research contents in judicial appraisal. The accuracy and efficiency of its detection not only affect the objectivity and fairness of judicial appraisal, but also play an important role in the correct trial of the cases.Raman spectroscopy(RS)is widely used in the examination and identification of common trace evidence because it has the merits of free-pretreated and nondestructive identification to samples. The focus of this thesis is to review and study the applications of RS in the fields of fiber, paint, gun shooting residue(GSR),text pigment and food inspection in detail, and the application and characteristics of RS in the detection of trace evidences are discussed and prospected. The paper consists of three parts, including five chapters. The first part is the first chapter of the paper. The research background of RS and significance of detection of common trace evidences are mainly discussed, meanwhile the classification and analysis methods of trace evidences were summed up.Also, the basic principle and application characteristics of RS were described in detail. The second part is the second chapter and the third chapter. In second chapter, some of specific application of RS were discussed in detail in fiber, paint,GSR,text pigment and food inspection, respectively. The role of RS in the detection of trace evidences were discussed and summarized. In third chapter, the applications of three types of most commonly used PS,such as Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS),Confocal Raman Microscopy(CRM)and Fourier Transforms Raman spectroscopy(FTRS),were summarized in the detection of trace evidence. The characteristics and the most appropriate application area and the optimized detection method were compared and discussed. The third part is the fourth and fifth chapter, the main influencing factors of RS were discussed in detail, including the interference of fluorescence, the relatively low Raman signal intensity, the absorption degree of the sample itself and so on.At the same time, some solutions were proposed for the interference elimination. Finally, the development trend of RS in the detection of trace evidence was prospected. |
