Research On The Governance Dilemma And Countermeasures Of The Suburban Land-lost Farmers Settlement Community From The Perspective Of Urban Trauma

Landless farmers in suburban areas are transitional groups generated during the rapid development of urbanization in China,and the number of this group has increased sharply in recent years.The landless farmers in the suburbs are separated from their familiar production and living space,"re-bound" with a new specific physical space,and are forced to be concentrated in the community.The centralized resettlement method divides the landless farmers in the suburbs into closed and narrow unit buildings,the living space is highly compressed,the freedom of space is artificially deprived,the relationship between people and land,and between people is broken,and the trauma of relocation is increasingly prominent.A large number of landless peasants gathered in the urban fringes to form new slums,which evolved into areas with frequent urban life problems.Therefore,the settlement of landless peasants in suburban communities has become a governance problem that local governments cannot ignore.This thesis focuses on the suburban landless farmers group,and explores the trauma production mechanism behind the suburban landless farmers resettlement community from the perspective of urban trauma.Based on trauma theory,spatial repair theory and emotional geography theory,this thesis establishes a framework for analyzing trauma production mechanism in resettlement communities for landless farmers,and proposes three inferences.Selecting the resettlement community S in Chengdu High-tech Zone as a research case,based on the collation and analysis of the interview texts and research data,it is found that in the process of land acquisition and demolition,the resettlement compensation standard was too low,and social security policies were different,which led to land acquisition conflicts.The government’s unreasonable centralized resettlement policy caused resettlement injuries.The landless peasants have moved from the rural space to the urban space,the living space has shifted rapidly,the living space has been concentrated and compressed,the attachment to the land and the countryside has been cut off,and the landless peasants have a sense of anxiety,relative deprivation,a sense of security,and a weak sense of belonging.Psychological trauma ensues.In the later stage of resettlement,the government did not establish a trauma repair mechanism,and the aggravated psychological trauma eventually evolved into chronic urban trauma.The reason is that the compression of spatial agglomeration leads to the outbreak of trauma in the resettlement community of land-lost farmers in the suburbs,and the production of space leads to the accumulation of trauma in the resettlement community of land-lost farmers in the suburbs.The ultimate result of spatial practice is long-term chronic urban trauma to the resettlement community,and the resettlement community of land-lost farmers falls into community decay,the predicament of poverty aggregation,inter generational inheritance,and cultural trauma.In view of the existing problems,constructing a new path of community governance for the resettlement of landless farmers in suburban areas requires multi-dimensional consideration from the system-spaceculture ternary dialectics.The government should govern and innovate by adopting a mixed-class resettlement method,diversifying resettlement compensation methods,and strengthening the management of resettlement communities;spatial reconstruction and reconstruction,creating a "people-oriented" living space,and building an open and diverse social interaction space,Create community emotional space;rebuild "demolition culture" to enhance residents’ sense of belonging and identity.The above governance countermeasures aim to help the government do a good job in the resettlement of landless farmers,repair the chronic urban trauma in the resettlement communities of landless farmers,promote the social integration of landless farmers,and accelerate the integrated development of urban and rural areas.
