Analysis Of The Growth Effect Of Local Digital Governmental Construction On "Integrity Index" ——Taking H County Intelligent Governmental Affairs Platform As An Example

The construction of local digital government takes the intelligent governmental affairs platform as the main form and physical carrier.The leadership of the party plays a guiding role in the construction of local digital government.The digital government accelerates the reform of "run at most once" to provide it with policy direction,the development of digital information field provides it with technical support,the "people-centered" development theory of digital governance provides a value basis for it,and the rule of law government provides it with a normative route.Building a clean digital government is a manifestation of the era of further deepening the fight against corruption,and it is necessary to conduct research on it.This paper can be divided into two parts.The first part is a literature review and theoretical analysis of the research on digital government,digital governance and integrity.The second part is through the in-depth investigation of the H county government,collecting 125 pieces of mass questionnaire information,and obtaining some government interview data.Surveys on the masses show that the construction of digital government can reduce the occurrence of corrupt contacts among the masses and enhance the public’s perception and evaluation of incorruptibility.The local government affairs platform has played a specific functional role in improving the integrity of local governments in terms of service capability improvement and operating mechanism innovation,but the specific direction is not clear enough,and there is room for further optimization.In the future,the analysis of the relationship between digital government and integrity index should be strengthened,and the research on the construction of a clean digital government should be promoted.The analysis found that some public officials are not active in the promotion of government construction on digital platforms,and even have a certain degree of opposition;their attitude towards government integrity construction is unclear,and their determination to oppose corruption needs to be strengthened.They are not too concerned about the cognition of the relationship between their own work and the intelligent governmental affairs platform,and still need to improve the information literacy of public servants and improve their digital office capabilities.Relevant problems were discovered through investigation,and specific countermeasures were put forward,such as improving the quality of government services,expanding government innovation mechanisms,organically combining anti-corruption work with digital government construction,and reshaping people’s awareness of integrity.The research on the relationship between the "integrity" index and digital government still needs more empirical research to conduct robustness examination.
