Research On The Path To Improve Digital Government Governance Capabilities Under The Background Of Digital Transformatio

Promoting the Digital transformation of the government,improving the governance capability of the digital government,and accelerating the construction of digital China is not only an important engine to strengthen the government’s operation,decision-making,service,and supervision capabilities,but also a solid foundation to build a digital social governance system and a digital livelihood security system.This is of great significance for leveraging the new advantages of modern governance and leading high-quality development.Based on this,this paper focuses on the core issue of improving the governance capability of digital government in the context of Digital transformation,evaluates the current governance capability of digital government in China,and accordingly explores the problems and reasons of the governance capability of digital government in the context of Digital transformation,and explores a feasible path suitable for the reality of China by learning from the typical experience of improving the governance capability of digital government at home and abroad.After research,it has been found that the governance capacity of China’s digital government has been significantly improved,but there is still significant room for improvement.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the governance capacity of China’s digital government,it is found that there are four major problems at present,namely,the low guarantee of basic systems,the serious phenomenon of information silo,the low degree of data openness and sharing,and the difficulty in ensuring the supply of professional and technical personnel.The reasons are the insufficient combination of technology and humanities,the complex business system,and the lack of standards and norms.Finally,by absorbing and drawing on advanced domestic and foreign experiences,three improvement paths are proposed: optimizing the top-level design for enhancing digital government governance capacity,constructing a diversified digital government governance capacity improvement system,and improving the reasonable development and application of data resources,striving to provide decision-making reference for achieving "having for the government".
