Research On Rural Digital Governance Issues ——Takes J Village In G County,Guizhou Province,as A Case

Digital governance is the product of information technology development and governance practice.Rural digital governance can be intuitively understood as promoting the application of governance concept at the rural level through information technology or information technology for rural public affairs governance.Digital governance research is now around the practice of advanced city case analysis and has made specific achievements and experiences.The existing urban digital governance theory experience in rural governance practice shows some shortcomings,some helplessness for rural actual governance problems,new digital governance involved in rural ways,and a path to expansion and optimization.Only by further understanding the dilemma of digital governance in rural governance can it expand its advantages and role in rural governance.This paper adheres to the principle of Marxist methodology,takes J Village,G County,Guizhou Province as the research object,and comprehensively studies the digital governance problem of J Village,G County utilizing literary analysis and interviews.Taking the current situation of digital governance construction in J Village in G County in Guizhou Province as the research object,the digital governance problem of J Village in G County was studied by using comprehensive methods of literary analysis and interview.Guizhou G village first summarizes the present situation of digital governance,outlines the achievements of its current J village digital governance construction,and analyzes the problems in the process of digital government,such as digital governance capacity,insufficient digital governance capital investment,lack of digital governance information technology personnel,etc.Secondly,the causes of the problems of digital governance in J Village are deeply analyzed.The digital governance structure is unreasonable,the digital governance capital investment mechanism is not perfect,and the digital governance information technology training mechanism is not perfect.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper believes that the practical solution is to strengthen the capacity construction of rural digital governance subjects,improve the investment mechanism of rural digital governance funds,and broaden the structure of the pastoral digital governance information technology personnel team.
