The Development Of Digital Globalization And China’s Response

The contemporary information revolution has created a digital world.Both the social nature of human beings and the interdependent nature of human society still exists in the digital world,constitutes the force to drive the globalization.In the digital space,the scale of global human continues to expand,the sense of "global" interaction of human society relying on digital technology is becoming more and more obvious.The concept of "digital globalization" is pushed to the center of public view.Digital globalization,a new stage of globalization development,specifically refers to the new situation of interaction between global actors driven by digital technology.Based on the development and application of digital technology,digital globalization has provided new forms of expression,new interactive spaces,new opportunities for national development and so on.It will have many impacts on the existing international community.This paper starts from the perspective of the elements of the international system,through a holistic analysis of characteristics of digital globalization,enrich existing research on digital globalization.In order to explore the strategy of China’s participation in digital globalization,clarify challenges posed by digital globalization to China,and help to solve the important issues of the times that China is facing currently.Firstly,this paper introduces the related concepts of the number,discussing the background of the rise of digital globalization and its new development of globalization,to deepen the understanding of the development law of digital globalization.Then,from the perspective of ontology in system,international strength,international mechanisms and international concepts,to explore the characteristics of digital globalization and challenges posed by it to China.Including that its security and development in the digital space are challenged by multiple actors,well it lacks the advantages in the building of international mechanisms in the digital field.Meanwhile,China’s domestic digital ecology is still in the process of construction.Therefore,China can starting from the two aspects of "domestic construction" and "international participation" when it participates in digital globalization.On the basis of building its own digital ecology,actively explore international cooperation in digital fields,and consciously undertake China’s responsibilities,so as to deeply participate in the digital globalization.
