Research On Emergency Management Of Public Health Emergencies In China From The Perspective Of Social Governance

Public health events affect the historical development process,China has always attached great importance to public health emergency governance,and has made certain achievements.Major public health events have promoted the improvement of the emergency management system,especially the "SARS epidemic" in 2003 and the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020,which further promoted the reform of China’s public health system.Although a public health emergency management system has been established today,there are still many places that need to be improved,such as the lack of superior laws in legislation,the existence of judicial injustice,and the public’s legal awareness to be improved.In the context of comprehensively governing the country according to law,the establishment of a legal system for public health emergency governance must not only conform to the people’s pursuit of the right to life and health,but also be effectively operated in public health emergency governance.Public health emergency governance is a continuous work,we must adhere to the improvement of legislation,strict law enforcement,fair justice,further promotion of the establishment of a unified and efficient emergency governance system,the establishment of a coordinated governance system,and constantly strengthen citizens’ awareness of the rule of law,adhere to the principles of people-oriented,fair and just,procedural statutory.
