Research On Citizen Satisfaction Evaluation Of Agricultural Machinery Purchase Subsidy Information Disclosure In Y County

With the implementation of government information disclosure regulations,China’s government information disclosure has moved to a new level.Since the implementation of the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy in 2005,Gansu Province has continuously enriched and enriched the public content through the combination of online and offline,timely responded to the needs of citizens,and continuously improved the transparency of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy information.However,it is not clear how the public evaluates the information disclosure of agricultural machinery purchase subsidy in Y County,Gansu Province.Citizen satisfaction is affected by many aspects such as government departments and citizens.From the perspective of the public,this paper pays more attention to the investigation of the public’s satisfaction with the information disclosure of agricultural machinery purchase subsidies.Through summarizing and combing the current situation of information disclosure of agricultural machinery purchase subsidies in Y County,and conducting satisfaction investigation and research,it is found that there are some problems,In order to further improve the quality of information disclosure of agricultural machinery purchase subsidies and citizen satisfaction,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions.This paper carefully combs the domestic and foreign theoretical research on government information disclosure,satisfaction,new public service theory and other related aspects.For farm machinery purchase subsidy information disclosure,mainly adopt the method of questionnaire survey,according to the theory of new public service and customer satisfaction based on the theory of 4 categories from openness,convenience,communication,timely four dimensions build 4 classes,a total of 17 public satisfaction evaluation index of the evaluation model,and combining the SPSSAU online statistical analysis,Using analytic hierarchy process to get the weight of each index of four dimensions,and then carry on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the survey results.Finally,the investigation results of the target layer and the criterion layer are analyzed,and the causes are analyzed by using the new public service theory and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to further improve the satisfaction.Through the study found that Y County agricultural machinery purchase subsidy information disclosure satisfaction is 83.3%.The satisfaction level of the four dimensions is ranked in the highest order: openness 85.2%,timeliness 82.9%,communication 80.7%,convenience 79.6%.Survey found existing in the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy information public access to information low convenience,interactive communication,public problem such as lag,content is not comprehensive,and advocated the civil rights of new public service theory,the public interest,thinking and action,responsibility view put forward Suggestions for improvement,improve agricultural machinery purchase subsidy information public satisfaction.
