A Study On Public Satisfaction Measurement For Government Information Publicity

With development and progress of society, especially the third technological revolution,technology has being had spanning development, information resources play more and moreimportant role in the process of social development. As a kind of important informationresources, the properties of its public are decided that the government information resourcesshould be gained and used by the public. Therefore, the government should disclosure thegovernment information actively to make sure the public gain the information withoutobstacle and to make the public acess to the government information place on theinstitutionalization and legalization track.In the circumstance of the government information disclosure become gradually therlue of the government information work, how to test and evaluate the approval degree thatthe public and other social groups are for the government information disclosure is graduallybecoming the problem that is paid more attention and solved. as the important part of thegovernments public service, the public satisfaction is an important standard that test thegovernment information service, to test the actual results of the government informationdisclosure and to find out the disadvantages of the government information disclosure, in thepaper customer satisfaction theory and method is introduced to the public satisfactionevaluation of government information disclosure combined with the contents of the publicsatisfaction of the government information disclosure, analyse the main factors that influencethe public satisfaction, construct the the public satisfaction index model of the governmentinformation disclosure, and do the empirical study with the method of the maturing customersatisfaction evaluation, in order to provide reference for building an operation mode orientedby " the public satisfaction" of the government information disclosure services.In this paper mainly absed on the basic cognition of the government informationdisclosure, analyze the asymmetry of the government information disclosure, and study onthe theoretical framework of the public satisfaction of it. Discuss the connotation andtheoretical basis of the public satisfaction of the government information disclosure frompublic satisfaction and the public satisfaction, and comb its formation path. According to themodeling process of structural equation, Constructure and analyze the public satisfactionindex model of the government information disclosure through selecting the potentialvariables, assuming the structure relationships, and building measured variables. Finally,verify the feasibility and the scientific of the public satisfaction index model of thegovernment information disclosure through the field survey and the analysis of data collected from the government information disclosure in Xiangtan city. Put forward thecountermeasures and suggestions through analysis of the model fitting results.
