| Education is the foundation of a country,the symbol of a country’s development potential,and the symbol of a nation’s prosperity and prosperity.With the deepening of China’s educational reform and the diversification of educational demand levels,private schools have entered a period of rapid development,providing talents for the development of production,construction,management and service in China,meeting the different needs of the people for diversified education,and becoming a new force in China’s educational undertakings.The reform and development of education in China played an important role.The state once again escorts the development of private education by legal means.Private education will be further developed.In reality,private education is also facing many problems and difficulties that restrict its development.The level of teachers in one school directly determines the quality of education and the brand effect of private schools.It is important to set up a contingent of teachers with good quality,reasonable structure and relative stability.This requirement determines that private schools must strengthen the construction of performance appraisal of teachers.Private schools have their public welfare attributes.At the same time,according to the classification of management,non-profit and profit-making determines that private schools have the characteristics of enterprises,so we can draw lessons from and introduce the concept of enterprise performance appraisal for private schools system.The management system is constantly innovating and improving.D Foreign Language School is a 15-year boarding foreign language school built by D Education Group with an investment of 360 million yuan from kindergarten,primary school,junior high school to senior high school and international high school.The school covers an area of 355 mu,and the architectural design area is 140 thousand square meters,which can accommodate more than 4000 boarders.Based on the theory of performance management,this paper uses questionnaire survey and AHP to study the performance appraisal of D foreign language school teachers.Firstly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of the performance appraisal of D foreign language school teachers,combs out the problems existing in the performance appraisal of D foreign language school teachers by means of investigation and research,and analyzes the causes of the problems in the performance appraisal of D foreign language school teachers according to the actual situation.Secondly,based on the Balanced Scorecard,the paper chooses the performance appraisal methods of D foreign language school teachers,and then formulates a new performance appraisal scheme for D foreign language school teachers.Finally,the implementation process of the new performance appraisal scheme is sorted out,and the implementation of the new scheme is guaranteed from four aspects:organization,system,technology and publicity.Hope that through this study,on the one hand,can improve the management performance of D foreign language school teachers,on the other hand,can be similar to D foreign language school private primary and secondary schools to implement teacher performance appraisal has a certain reference and guidance. |
