| In recent years,China’s outdoor sporting goods industry has developed rapidly,but there are fewer outdoor sporting goods companies with international influence,there is a clear gap between Europe and the United states,the industry as a whole is still extensive development,the problems in development are more prominent,promoting the growth of China’s outdoor products companies.In this study,take China’s first listed company-Beijing Sanfo Outdoor Products Co.,Ltd.by Share Ltd as an example(Abbreviation Sanfo company),Using literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,factor analysis and mathematical statistics and other research methods,under the background of new policies launched,construction of outdoor products company growth evaluation system,quantitative comparison of data index before and after listing,to understand and analyze the growth level of the company.On this basis,further analysis of the existing problems in the growth of domestic outdoor products company,and the countermeasures that can be taken in the future,to provide the basis for the formulation of Future Ltd’s business strategy,improve the management level of outdoor products company,promote the sustainable development of outdoor companies.Through the study,the following basic conclusions are obtained:1.Adopt the method of combining expert investigation and factor analysis,construction of outdoor products company growth evaluation index system,including profitability,solvency,2 common factors,7 evaluation indicators,profitability factors include the total assets return,basic earnings per share,net profit margins,accounts receivable turnover rate of 4 indicators;the solvency factors include the net asset ratio,asset liability ratio,liquidity ratio of 3 indicators.2.Taking Sanfo company for example,based on the company’s 2015-2017 consecutive three years of 8 quarterly reports in the growth evaluation index data,the growth evaluation system of outdoor products company,evaluation of growth,results show,the Sanfo company growth listed before the good,but the growth of listed companies is poor,failed to achieve the expected goal before listing,profitability and solvency are not optimistic.3.The main factors restricting the growth of outdoor products companies are :Lack of main business,own brand market influence is low,shortage of talent and lack of management ability,shortage of funds.Enhance the growth of China’s outdoor products company,start integrated marketing,building a comprehensive ecological chain,open the new era of independent brand development,increase recruitment efforts,enhance the management level of the company,to strengthen the collection of accounts receivable,return funds. |
