Research On Optimization Of Green Supply Chain Management Of Agricultural Products In Logistics Company Of Z University

Agricultural products are inseparable from people's life,and they are daily necessities.However,due to the special nature of agricultural products that are easy to rot and not easy to preserve,too many circulation links,and inappropriate transportation and storage conditions,the quality and price of agricultural products cannot be guaranteed when they reach consumers.With the successful application of supply chain theory in many industries,more and more scholars begin to pay attention to and use supply chain theory to study the problems in the circulation process of agricultural products in China.Many problems can be solved through the application of supply chain theory,which attracts more attention of agricultural supply chain researchers.At present,with the support of the government,the agricultural school docking is in full swing in China.More and more colleges and universities join the team of agricultural school docking,and more and more farmers benefit from the docking.At the same time,it also plays a certain role in promoting the national targeted poverty alleviation work.The development of society also promotes the progress of human thought,and people's concept of protecting the environment is becoming more and more strong in modern society.In the 1970 s,at the United Nations Conference on environment and development,the concept of sustainable development reached an international consensus.Since then,various countries have responded to the adjustment of logistics strategy,introduced the concept of environmental protection,and put forward the concept of "green supply chain" by combining the concept of sustainable development with the concept of reverse logistics.With the improvement of people's living standards,the environmental pollution problems in the process of agricultural products production,packaging,transportation,processing and so on have gradually attracted people's attention.Green supply chain of agricultural products is from the source of agricultural production to the whole process of consumption,rapid response,information sharing,efficient operation,in order to achieve the "green" goal.Based on the background of agricultural school docking,this paper summarizes the research status and main research problems of domestic and foreign scholars by reading and studying relevant literature at home and abroad,expounds the theory of supply chain,and introduces the relevant theoretical concepts of green supply chain of agricultural products,including the definition of agricultural products,the concept of agricultural products supply chain,the concept of green supply chain and the green supply of agricultural products Taking Z university logistics company as the research object,through interviews and investigation,the problems existing in the current agricultural product supply chain management were found,including the selection of agricultural cooperatives,the transportation of agricultural products,the acceptance of agricultural products,the storage and processing of agricultural products,and the disposal of kitchen waste,and the corresponding optimization countermeasures were given It is proposed to build a stable supply chain dominated by itself,introduce safety testing equipment for agricultural products,build an intensive processing center for agricultural products---central kitchen,introduce kitchen waste treatment equipment,and introduce relevant talents,etc.,which provides a certain reference for the effective implementation of green supply chain management of agricultural products in China.
