Objective: To analyze the influence of two different training modes on the muscle strength, athletic ability and athletic performance of the knee and ankle of speed skaters through the conventional training or isokinetic centrifugal training on the knee and ankle of speed skaters,so as to provide reference for the strength training of speed skaters.Research methods: Sixteen speed skaters of Jilin Province speed skating team were selected as experimental subjects, and the 16 athletes were randomly divided into two groups, one group was isokinetic centrifugal training(experimental group),the other group was conventional training group(control group). Before the experiment,16 subjects were tested with uniform indicators, including relative peak moment, relative average power, total work, squat 1RM,standing long jump,100 m on ice and 400 m on ice.During the experiment, athletes in the experimental group were trained at isokinetic centrifugal training, while those in the control group were trained under normal conditions. The experiment lasted for 8 weeks, with three sessions per week.Results:(1)After 8 weeks of training, the knee muscle strength, average power and total work of the experimental group were significantly increased compared with before the experiment, and there was statistical significance(p<0.01),while the control group was significantly increased compared with before the experiment(p<0.05).(2)The muscle strength, average power and total work of ankle joint in the experimental group were significantly increased compared with those before the experiment, with statistical significance(p<0.05);(3)Compared with before the experiment, squat 1RM,standing long jump, skating scores of 100 and 400 meters on ice in the experimental group were significantly improved(p < 0.01),while squat 1RM,standing long jump, skating scores of100 meters on ice in the control group were significantly improved(p < 0.05).The improvement of motor performance in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group.Conclusions:(1)Isokinetic centrifugal training can enhance the muscle strength, work efficiency, muscle endurance, athletic performance and performance of athletes’ knee and ankle joints.(2)Routine training can improve the 60°/s muscle strength, work efficiency, muscle endurance, squat 1RM,standing long jump, and 100-meter skating performance of athletes, but the muscle strength, work efficiency, muscle endurance of knee joint, ankle joint and 400-meter skating performance of athletes at 180°/s are not significantly improved. |
