Research purpose: in order to prepare for the National College Badminton Championship,the application of high-intensity interval training in the physical fitness teaching of badminton team of Beijing University of physical education was studied.Through the experimental intervention of short-term high-intensity interval training around the world,the changes of speed endurance related indexes of athletes were observed,and the effects of high-intensity interval training on badminton team of Beijing University of physical education in College Badminton Championship were analyzed The effect of speed endurance on male athletes.Research methods: This study is divided into four stagesThe first stage: first,read a lot of literature and determine the research direction of this paper,summarize and analyze the existing literature,and sort out representative materials;then,with the expert interview method,with the definition of speed endurance,the selection of test indicators and the formulation of high-intensity training program closely related to badminton as the main purpose,discuss the feasibility and practical price of this study Value,to develop a questionnaire,for the next step on the definition of speed endurance and the screening of indicators.The second stage: develop the expert questionnaire,carry out three rounds of questionnaire survey on 10 experts,define the speed endurance and screen the speed endurance index,laying the foundation for the experiment.The third stage: eight male athletes(all of them are above level one and need to participate in the championship)from the badminton team of Beijing Sport University were selected as the experimental objects.The experiment adopts the method of self-control before and after eight athletes,which is divided into three steps: pre training test,training and post training test.1.Before training,the anaerobic ability,general speed endurance and special speed endurance indexes were tested.2.The training is a short-term high-intensity interval training for four weeks.The training content is to carry out power cycling exercise on Tuesday and Thursday every week for 30 s,and complete 10 groups,which is required to reach 85%-95% of the maximum heart rate;to carry out fast and uninterrupted multi ball exercise for 30 s at four o’clock in the badminton field and fast catching and hanging multi ball practice for 30 s at low center of gravity in the middle and front field on Friday every week,which are required to reach 85%-95% of the maximum heart rate in the same time;and the interval time is 30s(Wear polar team 2 heart rate belt to monitor the heart rate of athletes throughout the training)the total training time is four weeks.3.After training,the anaerobic ability,general speed endurance and special speed endurance indexes were tested again.The fourth stage: organize the data before and after training,use Excel and spss26.0 to process the data,and analyze the results of data presentation.Results:1.In the test of anaerobic energy supply capacity,the average power and relative average power showed very significant difference(P < 0.01),and the attenuation rate also showed very significant difference(P < 0.01).2.There were significant differences in 400 m and yoyo tests of general speed endurance(P < 0.01).3.There were significant differences in 5 straight forward and back + 5 left and right edge touching and 10 low center of gravity running(P < 0.01).Conclusion: the four week short-term high-intensity interval training can enhance the anaerobic metabolism ability of eight athletes,improve the average power and power decline rate,and further improve the general speed endurance ability and special speed endurance ability,and improve the speed endurance effectively.In the physical fitness teaching and training of the badminton team of Beijing Sport University,combining the actual situation and the individual differences of the athletes,it has a positive effect on improving the speed endurance of the athletes,that is to say,it has a positive effect on the speed endurance of the students who participate in the badminton Championships.
