Endurance quality is the key factor for badminton players to complete their daily training plan and win in the competition.It is also one of the necessary physical qualities for badminton players.Endurance quality is one of the most important physical quality of badminton players,among which aerobic endurance quality is the basis for completing the training tasks set by the coaches and successfully carrying out a badminton game,while anaerobic endurance quality is the key to determine the outcome of the game.When training badminton players' aerobic and anaerobic endurance quality,we should grasp the sensitive period in which the endurance quality can be improved rapidly.The sensitive period of aerobic endurance development is 10 to 17 years old for men,9 to 14 years old for women and 16 to 17 years old for men,10 to 17 years old for men and 9 to 18 years old for women.From winning all five gold medals in badminton at the London Olympic Games in 2012 to winning only two gold medals at the Rio Olympic Games in 2016,the development of Chinese badminton team in the next stage has attracted the continuous attention of Chinese people.A high-level badminton competition lasts for 30 minutes in a class,and the fierce competition may last for an hour.In the process of competition,most of the round time is less than 10 seconds or 9 seconds,and the interval time of each round is more than 10 to 15 seconds or 10 to 13 seconds,which puts forward high requirements for the endurance quality of badminton players.Therefore,this paper takes the aerobic endurance and non aerobic endurance of young badminton players as examples Taking the aerobic endurance quality as the research content,using the experimental method,combining the intensive interval training method(type A and b)with the badminton multi ball training method(irregular fixed point and irregular fixed point)as the control factor of the experiment,and analyzing the experimental data through the mathematical statistics method,then verifying the irregular fixed point and irregular fixed point of the intensive interval training method(type A and b)In order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the young badminton players' aerobic and anaerobic endurance quality,experiments were carried out on the combination of multiple badminton training methods.In this paper,12 male badminton players(13-14 years old)who have been playing for more than 4 years(including 4 years)in Dalian sports school were selected as the experimental subjects,and 6 badminton players were randomlyselected as the experimental group and the other 6 badminton players as the control group.Before the experiment,the body shape index,aerobic and anaerobic endurance quality index and body function index of the two groups of experimental subjects were tested and independent sample t-test was carried out.There was no significant difference between the two groups of experimental subjects.On this basis,the comparative experiment for six months was carried out according to the established training plan.In the experiment and after the experiment,the indexes of the two groups were tested again According to t-test and data analysis,the conclusion is drawn Results:1.Intensive intermittent training can effectively promote the development of endurance quality of male badminton players aged 13-14.2.The effect of endurance quality training is mainly affected by training methods.In the endurance quality training of male badminton players aged 13-14,interval training method makes strict requirements on training intensity and interval time,and continuously gives physical stimulation to promote the development of endurance quality.The choice of training methods is an important reason for the development of endurance quality.3.In the design of training plan,firstly,the training objectives are designed scientifically,then the training contents and objectives are determined according to the characteristics of special ability structure,then the training methods(intensive interval training method)and means(multi ball training method)are selected around the training contents and objectives,finally,the multi ball training means that meet the requirements are selected according to the functions of the two intensive interval training methods And determine the training sequence.The scientific design of training plan is another reason that affects the development of endurance quality.
