High-intensity and intensive intermittent training play an important role in exercise training,However,there are few research on the impact of high intensity and intensive intermittent training on the special endurance of men's football athletes,With the influence of high intensity and intensive interval training on the special endurance of men's football athletes,By understand the impact of intensive and intensive training on the fitness of football players,To provide ways and methods to improve the physical fitness of rugby players in the future,Improve the training performance of Chinese football athletes,And to promote the development of rugby sports in China.Based on the literature and data method,experimental method,mathematical,statistics method,and logical analysis method,the following conclusions are drawn:1.High-intensity interval and intensive intermittent training methods can help athletes to improve aerobic endurance,anaerobic endurance,and intermittent endurance,and eventually play a positive role in improving athletes ' sports performance.2.High-intensity interval and intensive intermittent training effectively promote the improvement of athletes ' speed quality,strength quality and explosive power.High-intensity interval training is better to improve the quality of the anaerobic endurance.4.High-intensity interval training plays a more remarkable effect in promoting the speed endurance of football players,which is more conducive to improve the intermittent endurance quality of football players.
