bject:This study, through heart rate scope indirectly react fitness, aims to find out the different physical heart rate lead to tennis serve quality change and causes so as to find out the reason of its changes, and serve the best quality heart rate scope. Methods:players, tennis professional level 2 or level 2 above, were voluntary attend the test. Test process is divided into two steps, the first step:Record the whole match process testing heart rate change, at the same time record velocity and success rate. The second step: simulated heart rate increase stage, the application of IEMG and Polar records subjects in serving process and record velocity, serve success rate, statistical gain experimental subjects corresponding parameters. Results:Heart rate 90-110 times/minute and heart rate 110-130 times/minute sharing serve velocity no significant difference, and 130-150 times/minute was significant difference, the first two phase velocity is obviously higher than 130-150 times/minute.2) heart rate 110-130 times/minute of heart rate stage 65.10±3.63%, serve success rate of 90-110 times/minute of heart rate stage 61.75±3.55%,130-150 times/minute of heart rate stage.60.65±4.26%.3)with the increase of heart rate, the muscle of upper limb mobilization rate and contribution rate increase. core muscle and lower limb muscles have different way. Conclusion:Heart rate for 110-130 times/minute sharing serve the highest quality, the fastest, highest rate velocity.2) With the heart rate increases, the trunk muscles and limb muscle fatigue, destroyed the original serve structure, cause serve quality decreased.3) With the heart rate increase, or so the rectus muscle hindquarters cadre etc send force order variable early, causing up and down limb power transmission is incomplete, leading service quality decreased.
