Objectives:Forehead is not only the most important technique but also the uppermost means to gain scores among the basic tennis skills. In order to promote the tennis level of Hunan Province and provide authentic and scientific experimental evidences, make scientific and effective training programs for coaches, provide scientific experimental data to control reasonable sports load and the intensity of sports training, provide scientific reference evidences to arrange reasonable physical fitness and achieve good results in the competition for athletes, this paper uses the advanced methods of electrical test equipment, heart rate monitoring system and other related equipment, chooses forehand arm movement of muscle group as the part of testing, observes the electromyography changes of forehand arm movement of muscle group during the long period process of simulation matches of tennis athletes in Hunan Province aiming at further studying timing sequence of the main muscle as well as the muscle discharge and the time quantum of fatigue muscle when the tennis athletes finish the action of forehead and analyzing the differences of degree in the different period of muscle fatigue.Methods:Firstly, test forehand electromyography of the outstanding tennis athletes in our province to obtain the experiment data and the analyze the degree and timing sequence of the charge and discharge muscle. Secondly, obtain the heart rate throughout the process of simulation game and analyze the heart rate changes of movement for each hour in the process of simulation game. Finally, obtain the integral electromyography kinematics parameters, obtain the minimal detectable change of muscle myoelectricity for each hour and analyze the degree of fatigue muscle for related forehand arm muscle group by making use of the electrical testing system.Conclusion:1. Beginning of athletes forehand arm methods of electrical test, show that discharge time and discharge the earliest the longest muscle are gong radial muscle and deltoid toe. Thus tennis coaches in the usual teaching and training practice, in addition to strengthen the physical quality training, more should pay attention to these two pieces of muscle power and endurance training.2. Changes in the rate of process simulation game center range between80-180times/min, with the passage of time, the movement athlete’s heart rate increase gradually, when simulation game time to170minutes, the average heart rate is85%of maximum heart rate. Just start to60minutes after exercise, the heart rate increase is particularly marked, and P<0.01, show very significant difference; From60minutes to120minutes after exercise, after exercise heart rate increased obviously, and P<0.05, significant difference, from120minutes to170minutes after exercise, after exercise (P>0.05, the heart rate increase is not obvious. Motion changes in heart rate rising as the extension of time, that endurance training is very important for tennis players. So in tennis special training, we should strengthen the training of the athletes cardiopulmonary function.3. Different times forehand action, in the initial stage to the120th minute, all the athletes of the trapezius muscle, pectoralis major, gong radial muscle, deltoid and biceps and triceps muscle of integral electric values gradually strengthen, and60minutes to120minutes of this phase integral electrical values change is most obvious, P<0.01, with very significant difference. In the120th minute to the170th minute, all athletes each muscle electromyography value overall is on the rise, only li x trapezius muscle, biceps muscle of electricity dipped slightly small; Huang xx trapezius muscle, deltoid toe of integral electrical values fell slightly; Fan integral of the trapezius muscle electromyography values fell slightly. So in the usual physical quality training, should notice more tennis player and cardiopulmonary function training muscles strength, muscular endurance training.4. The study found that athletes in major subjects with muscles mean power frequency does not change significantly in the testing process, most of the athletes in major subjects with muscles mean power frequency slightly down or change is not obvious, a handful of the start-up mobilization distribution of muscle force mean power frequency has a small rise. Most subjects athletes during the entire test, a small increase in average power frequency does not change significantly or muscle is discharge duration shorter biceps, mean power frequency does not change significantly decline or muscle is discharge duration long gong radial muscle.
