| In the 1970 s,China’s men’s tennis players had a certain strength in Asia.Pan Bing once led Xia Jiaping and others to win the team championship of the Asian Games and won the men’s singles championship of the Asian Games, occupying the leading position in Asia. However, after 20 years of rapid development, men’s tennis players from Japan,South Korea and other countries in Asia have made breakthroughs, while China’s men’s tennis players still haven’t made great progress. At present,Zhang Ze and Wu Di,two representative men’s tennis players in China, have led China Men’s tennis for many years. However, compared with Nishikori Kei,a Japanese player born in the 1990 s,and Yoshihito Nishioka,a Japanese new star,Zhang Ze and Wu Di’s achievements on the world men’s tennis stage are not satisfactory. Therefore, compared with Japanese men’s tennis players, domestic men’s tennis players have a certain gap in both ranking and achievements. This paper will take the outstanding male tennis players born in 1990 s in China and Japan as the research object, analyze why they are both Asian players and have a big gap in ranking and achievement, and compare the shortcomings of the training mode between China and Japan, which will be inspired and used for reference.Based on the successful experience of Japan,a powerful Asian country, this paper studies and proposes a series of problems to solve the training path of Chinese men’s tennis players. In the process of researching and analyzing the subject, the paper chooses to use the methods of expert interview, mathematical statistics and literature, etc.according to the actual needs,to carry out in-depth and comprehensive research and analysis around the basic situation of Chinese and Japanese men’s tennis players,to explore the training mode and growth process of tennis players, through the growth environment, coach team and career transformation This paper compares, discusses and analyzes the dimensions of type, participation experience and sponsorship input. With reference to the excellent experience of training tennis players in Japan,we can get some guidance and help in the process of training men’s tennis players in China. In addition,we can also put forward reasonable suggestions and suggestions for training young tennis players in China. The system analysis shows that:1.Wu Di and Zhang Ze are athletes trained through the professional team model of our country.Japanese tennis players Nishikori Kei and Yoshihito Nishioka are trained through the "45 plan" supported by the Japanese consortium.2.In terms of education,Japanese players still have enough learning time when they are young, while Chinese players are far from enough.3.In terms of training environment,Japanese players can train and fight with different types of top players since childhood,so as to help them greatly improve their skills and tactics and high-intensity confrontation, and pave the way for the next career development.4.In the aspect of coach team, the coach team of Chinese players is lack of systematization compared with that of Japanese players, the configuration is not perfect, and it is unable to make a scientific and long-term career plan for one of them. The help that can be brought to the athletes in the later stage is more and more limited.5.In terms of participation experience, the number of Japanese players in the youth period is far more than that of Chinese players, and in terms of participation options, most of the high-level events are held in America and Europe.Such participation options can make them more able to contact with high-level players in America and Europe, and improve their ability and ranking of confrontation.6.In terms of sponsorship investment, there is a big gap between the sponsorship funds of Chinese players and Japanese players. The most fundamental reason for the gap between Chinese players and Japanese players is the lack of sponsorship investment in the early stage and the amount of funds. |
