Analysis Of And Research On The Professional Tennis Training System Of China Tennis Academy

This article aims to study the ways of cultivating athletic talents in China Tennis Academy.With the spreading of tennis in the world,many institutes of tennis sprang up like mushrooms.Over the past decade,the Chinese women tennis has been making surprising breakthroughs,and got good marks in the Olympic Games and the Grand Slam,attracting more and more people to be engaged in this sport.However,in spite of the better domestic environment for tennis and the rising amount of people playing this sport,there's still a lack of an all-round tennis training base and scientific and systematic personnel training modes to promote the development of tennis in China.Then,after a long-term preparation,here comes China Tennis Academy,right in the post-Olympic era.As we know,tennis is a No.1 personal project in the world.In recent years,the training of tennis competitive talents in China has made great achievements under a nationwide cultivating system,because of which tennis has a feature of professionalism different from other sports.But the system now can't afford Chinese tennis to go further on the international platform.The China Tennis Academy aims to narrow the gap between Chinese tennis and the international tennis,leading Chinese tennis to the road of internalization and professionalization.This article aims to study the ways of cultivating athletic talents in China Tennis Academy.First,it will make a deep analysis about the cultivation methods.Currently,there are mainly three training modes,that is,team-training mode,club-training mode and an integrated training mode.According to the research,the three modes have the following features.First,implement the‘LTAD'plan to cultivate comprehensive talents,and insist on a long-term and sustainable training manner.Second,learn some advanced training methods from the Spanish Sanchez Casar Tennis Academy actively.Third,provide a platform for the excellent competitive talents,and seek investment from the society and government to help them pursue their careers.This paper will adopt ‘SWOT' method to make a specific analysis about the ways of cultivating athletic talents in China Tennis Academy.The analysis and research concluded that the advantage factor: integrated the sports management center of the general administration of sport,jiangsu provincial sports bureau and nanjing institute of physical education;Having world-class hardware and software facilities;Diversified cultivation channels;With the help of nanjing institute of physical education,education;The national team's high-end platform and the perfect medical rehabilitation system;Has hosted many domestic and foreign tennis competitions.Disadvantages: the competition system and international competition system cannot be fully integrated;Lack of promotion of professional scientific research level of tennis;The athlete's cultural level and professional quality are not enough;The problem of training process and competition;The problem of training process and competition;Contradictions in the distribution of national,collective and individual interests;The lack of a high level professional coach.The PEST analysis of the opportunity factor,the political factor: the support of the national environment;Economic factors: the rapid development of tertiary industry and the promotion and hosting of large-scale tennis competitions at home and abroad;Social factors: the rapid development of cities and the people's love of tennis;Technological factors: the use of information and biotechnology,and the scientific system and the trend of professional tennis teams.Challenges: the tennis market is still scarce;The training system needs to be constantly updated and improved;Development of intangible assets of tennis;There is a gap with international tennis.The Chinese tennis academy is a comprehensive national sport academy with the characteristics of tennis,which is very representative.To analyze and study the training path of competitive talents of Chinese tennis academy provides theoretical basis for the development and cultivation of Chinese tennis career and the delivery of more excellent talents.
