Comparative Study Of The Formation Of Excellent Rhythmic Gymnastics Collective Projects In China And Foreign Countries

The research is based on The Scoring Rules for the International Rhythmic Gymnastics in 2017-2020.The top eight teams of the collective all-round in The 2019 Chinese National Championships and The Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships are used as the analysis objects,Using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,video analysis method,and mathematical statistics method,through a comprehensive comparison and analysis of the number,type,frequency,and presentation of sets of outstanding domestic and international rhythmic gymnastics collective teams,To find the advantages and disadvantages between China and the world’s excellent teams,explore the influencing factors that affect the novelty and mobility of the complete formation,try to propose countermeasures to improve the formation of the group of rhythmic gymnastics in China,and provide a certain theoretical reference for improving the level of group of rhythmic gymnastics in China.Research indicates:1.There is still a big gap between our team and the world’s excellent teams in terms of the total number of formations.There is a single set of formations and small movement capacity.The number of formations and the frequency of change need to be improved.2.In the application of regular graphics and irregular graphics,China has more often used regular graphics,the formation has the characteristics of stable and clear and fast forming speed.However,the use of irregular,highly innovative,and good visual effects is rarely used.3.There are more team formations in our country than recurring formations.the number of forming formations is obviously more than the transition formations,the forming speed is faster,and the formation changes are diverse,but in the transition There are still gaps in the use of formations compared with foreign teams;there are fewer mobile formations,and the style characteristics are not sufficient Manifestation,lack of novelty,ingenuity and complexity.4.In the physical difficulty formation,the jump movement mainly uses five players in a relatively stable formation to perform overall synchronous movement or directly disperse and flow to the next formation;in the balance movement,in order to make the movement more complete The presentation and the referee can more clearly judge the effectiveness of the action,usually using trapezoids,squares,etc.In the swivel action,usually using triangles,squares,etc.5.In the exchange difficulty,the formations used are different for different technical styles and different music rhythm characteristics in the complete set of projects.The mobile formations are mainly trapezoidal,square,circular,etc.The stable formations are mainly L-shaped,square,arrow-shaped,irregular shapes,etc.Our team is relatively conservative in the use of cooperative action formations.The most selected ones are stable formations,followed by dynamic and static formations,and the least selected are mobile formations.6.The factors that affect the formation level of Chinese rhythmic gymnastics include the lack of athletes ’special sports ability,the insufficient attention to formation formation,the neglect of athletes’ psychological characteristics and the lack of rhythmic cognition and aesthetic ability.The purpose of improving the group level of rhythmic gymnastics can be achieved by strengthening the understanding of the rules for the formation of complete sets of excellent teams,expanding the study of knowledge in aesthetics and other related fields.
