Monitoring And Analysis Of Technical And Tactical Training And Competition Of Chinese Excellent Table Tennis Player Liang Jingkun

Purpose: The study aimed to investigate the technical and tactical characteristics of Liang Jingkun by studying the application of the techniques and tactics in training and competition.Method: The study monitored and analyzed the techniques and tactics of Liang Jingkun used in the competitions including Shen Zhen training camp,remarkable 12 s,the World Table Tennis tournament in Budapest,and the China Open in 2019 through using literature review,Three Phase Method,effectiveness of training statistics.The results showed:1.In remarkable 12 s,Liang Jingkun is based on rotation combined with speed.Serving is flexible and flexible.In the single-board technology,grabbing is active,striving to take the initiative;delicate control and clever use;backhand is the main use of technology,forehand is the main score technology.In the connection technology,the first three boards are special,with diversity and adaptability;continuous holding is weak,passive holding is better than active holding.2.In Shen Zhen training camp,one side has the best effect,the connection is smooth,and the skill is one.In irregular positioning,due to the irregularity of the plan,a small range of rapid pauses,instantaneous starts,and a slow shift of the center of gravity are caused.In the tactical practice,the offensive force is emphasized,and the angle of landing is emphasized,which leads to a decline in offensive stability.In the training,he was calm,the first three boards were distributed reasonably,and the main use of technology was reflected.However,there are many habitual lines,and the protection for the forehand half is not enough.3.From the comparison of the pre-and post-campaign competitions,Liang Jingkun increased the use of grabbing and grabbing segments to maximize the advantages of active grabbing.Serving points are more comprehensive,and the best effect is in the middle.Receiving and serving are more diversified,and the length of the split is significant.The forehand fluctuates greatly and the play is unstable.Backhand is the main use of technology,but also the main scoring technology,especially the backhand attack straight line,challenging.However,the technology of the fourth board is relatively thin and needs to be improved.4.Through 40 days monitoring of the playing techniques and tactics of Liang Jingkun,the reliability and accountability of training tracking were evident.The results of this study concluded the Liang Jingkun’s technical and tactic characteristics when playing table tennis,Timely feedback to the supervisor coach,which laid a theoretical and practical foundation for the upcoming World Table Tennis Tournament and ensured better results in the future competitions.
