Training And Development Of E-Level Coaches Of Jiangxi Football Association From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governance

Coaches play an extremely important leading role in the development of football.China has systematically promoted the training of football coaches for more than 40 years.Although a basic hierarchical framework has been formed,there are still problems such as unbalanced regional development,small pattern and small number.With the reform of football system in China and the continuous development of campus football,the demand for high-level football coaches is becoming stronger and stronger.How to solve the above problems and train high-quality football coaches is an urgent and important issue at present.To this end,Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Jiangxi and other local football associations have innovatively built a provincial football coach training system and achieved good results.However,due to short construction time and lack of reference experience,the construction of provincial football coach training system is not smooth,and its process still exposes many difficulties.Based on the above reasons,this research comprehensively uses literature,interviews,field visits,questionnaires,mathematical statistics and other methods,taking Jiangxi Province as an example,to conduct a comprehensive survey of the training of level E coaches of Jiangxi Football Association,explore its problems and point out the development path for the training of provincial football coaches.The specific research conclusions are as follows:First,the background for Jiangxi Football Association to build an E-level coach training system is diverse.The weaknesses of the Chinese football coach training system,the demonstration of the provincial football coach training system,and the call for a new pattern of Jiangxi football development add a booster to the construction of the provincial localization football coach training system.Second,after five years of construction,the training system for E-level coaches of Jiangxi Football Association has the following characteristics: gradually improved organization and management,relatively mature application procedures,increasingly professional lecturers,distinctive theme of course construction,diversified assessment and evaluation systems,and increasingly frequent foreign exchanges.Third,after five years of implementation,the training system for E-level coaches of Jiangxi Football Association has achieved the following results: the training has a wide range of radiation and good popularization effect;The training time is not long,but the expected training objectives can be basically achieved;The trainees have a high recognition of the training as a whole,especially interested in practical courses;The local football association holds a positive attitude towards the localization of football coach system in Jiangxi Province.Fourth,although the training system for E-level coaches of Jiangxi Football Association has made some achievements,there are also the following difficulties:unclear audit standards and uneven levels of trainees;The training contents are different,and the process lacks feedback and supervision;The evaluation is not strong enough,and the later stage assessment is in vain;Poor communication between provinces and cities,and narrow promotion channels for students;The lecturer communication is insufficient,and the professional development of the team is sluggish.In order to alleviate the above difficulties,the following optimization paths are proposed: to clarify the training standards and improve the orientation of training development;Unify training content and establish process supervision mechanism;Perfect the assessment method and implement the comprehensive evaluation mode;Create an intercommunication platform to broaden the promotion channels for students;Strengthen team building and build a professional lecturer team.
