Developing and revitalizing football is of great significance to realize the dream of China's sports power.With the vigorous development of campus football activities,more and more children and teenagers will participate in football training.Technical training is not only the most important part of football training but a compulsory course for football beginners as well.In order to improve the training effect of football beginners,this paper analyzes the related concepts of football technical action practice and football skill practice through the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,puts forward the specific methods of football skill practice design,and makes use of the hypothesis that "football skill practice has an impact on the competition ability of children beginners" verified.After research,the author draws the following conclusions:(1): The main differences between skill practice and technical movement practice are as follows: 1)compared with technical movement practice,skill practice usually contains more competition elements.These elements include: football,goal,time,space,rules and referees,teammates,opponents,pressure.2)In skill practice,the action of players should meet the requirements of the game behavior model of football players,that is,through observation and communication to form judgment and decision-making,and then use various technical actions in the competition environment.But the technique movement practice may separate from the competition essential factor and exist alone.In the process of practice,athletes mainly pay attention to the correctness of the technical action itself,rather than the requirements of the competition behavior model.(2): In the technical training of children beginners,increasing a certain proportion of football skills in the training content can have a more positive impact on their ability to play.Skill practice can effectively improve the rationality of athletes' use of technology in the competition,and develop their observation ability,decision-making ability,psychological quality and cognitive ability.(3): In the process of technical training,only technical movement exercises are arranged.After a period of training,it can also have an effective impact on the competition ability of children beginners,but the impact range is smaller than that of conclusion I.The difference of growth rate is not only reflected in the comprehensive score of individual competition ability of the evaluators,but also well verified in the index data of team competition performance.(4): There are many classification standards for football technical action,but thebasic content includes the following 9 parts: Technical movements of dribbling,kicking,receiving,overhead,tackling and intercepting,throw-in,moving without ball,goalkeeper and fake.When these technical movements are used in the competition environment,due to different purposes,the same technical actions may have different functions,and the corresponding names will also change.(5): The design steps of football skill practice are as follows: 1)Determine the goal of the exercise.2)Look for the scene when the technique is used in the competition.3)Taking the competition scene as the main basis of skill practice design,the number and intensity of competition elements in the scene can be adjusted appropriately according to the training objectives and players' level.4)Make and change practice rules according to practice objectives and actual conditions.5)Improve the practice plan through practice implementation and feedback modification.
