| With the reform and development,the gradual expansion of urban economy,the continuous development of urban form,population aggregation,land shortage and other factors to promote the development of urban sports service complex in the core part of urban areas.The purpose of this paper is to expound the causes and characteristics of the urban sports service complex,comb the operation and management of the urban sports service complex in Beijing,explore and analyze the objective and experiential factors affecting the operation of the urban sports service complex in Beijing,and put forward the operation strategy of the urban sports service complex in Beijing according to the analysis results.This paper constructs the theoretical framework of the analysis of the operation strategy of the urban sports service complex according to the theoretical disciplines such as operation management and experience economics.This paper uses literature,expert interview,questionnaire and other collated and analytical data,focusing on the development of urban sports service complex causes and characteristics,analysis of urban sports service complex operation management and operational advantages.Based on the scale and questionnaire,the data information of Beijing Road Sports Center and Workers’ Stadium is analyzed,and the subjective effect test sits the objective factors that affect the operation strategy,the correlation regression analysis tests the experiental factors that affect the operation strategy,and obtains the relevant influencing factors that affect the operation strategy of the urban sports service complex.Summarize the operating status of the sports service complex in the two cities.Therefore,this paper holds that the operational strategy of Beijing’s urban sports service complex is as follows: First,when it is necessary to clarify its location in terms of operational positioning,reasonable layout of traffic facilities and parking areas,in terms of scale positioning and functional positioning,we need to measure the surrounding area population,business distribution,population preference and other factors,Reasonable layout of sports service products of the type,quantity,scale.Second,in terms of operation positioning,the stadium type needs to meet the government’s sports needs on the basis of increasing the daily operation and management of the stadium,and the leisure operation type needs to follow the principle of market competition and reasonably use the product differentiation strategy to occupy the consumer market.Third,in the operation of the audience,to provide a wide audience,a wide variety of sports services products and for different audiences to provide customized products and services.Fourth,in the operation of products,it is necessary to enhance the entertainment experience of sports service products,escapades and aesthetic experiences,and strengthen the educational experience of sports service products.This paper puts forward the safeguard measures of Beijing’s urban sports service complex strategy: to formulate operational positioning plan in the light of Beijing’s urban development policy and current situation;We will vigorously develop the economic operation mode of the urban sports service complex,and learn from the experience of introducing operational management personnel from mature business complexes in other fields. |
